Here’s what actually matters about the location — you’re a five-minute walk from Stazione Centrale, which means you can literally roll out of bed and catch your train to Lake Como or anywhere else. The Porta Garibaldi business district is right there too, so you’ll see plenty of sharp-dressed Milanese heading to work in the morning. Sure, it’s not the romantic Navigli area, but the metro connections are fantastic and you’re saving serious money compared to staying near the Duomo.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was — and I mean this in the best way — exactly what you’d expect from a well-run Milan business hotel. Clean lines, decent space (for Milan standards), and a bathroom that actually functions properly. The air conditioning works, the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every ten minutes, and there’s enough storage for a week’s worth of clothes. Nothing revolutionary, but sometimes you just want a place that does the basics really well.

Practical Perks

The restaurant downstairs serves solid Italian breakfast — proper espresso, fresh cornetti, and none of that sad continental buffet nonsense some places try to pass off. There’s also parking available, which honestly feels like winning the lottery in Milan. The staff speaks excellent English, and they actually seem to know the city well enough to give you directions that make sense.

  The property location was great, could be a little closer to the Metro Station but it felt secure was clean and modern.

  Location near the station and metro. Lovely homely touches in the apartment. It was great to have a washing machine and kitchen appliances. Good communication with host. Good value for money.
  
  What could be improved: The system for getting in and out was quite confusing and time consuming (although I appreciated the security). There was a small leak from the water tank whilst I was there – the host was very communicative but it was a small concern.

  What could be improved: We thought we were getting bed ans sofa-bed since we booked this option, but we got only bed, turns out if you want sofa bed you have to pay extra and tell that upon your arrival. Very noisy outside.
