Check-in requires a bit of coordination since there’s no 24-hour front desk, but the staff communicate well via WhatsApp and are genuinely helpful when you need them. Wi-Fi worked fine for video calls (I tested it — work doesn’t stop for vacation, unfortunately). The shower had proper water pressure, and the heating kept the place warm during Milan’s surprisingly chilly spring evenings. Parking can be tricky in this area, but there are paid spots nearby if you’re driving.

Here’s the thing — if you want room service and daily housekeeping, this probably isn’t for you. But if you prefer having your own space to spread out, cook a simple meal, and live like a temporary Milanese resident, it hits the mark perfectly.   Ho soggiornato per lavoro in questo appartamento in Via dei Transiti: casa carina e ben arredata, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro, perfetta per spostamenti rapidi in città. Consigliato per chi viaggia per lavoro.

  Incredible clean and well equipped. The property is easy to access from the instructions given and all was very clear.

  What could be improved: We made the reservation for the apartment through the booking.com website. There was a mention that when checking in, we would need to provide our credit card information as a guarantee for any potential damages that we might incur until our departure. That was understandable. However, NOWHERE was it mentioned that there would be a pre-charge on the card for this purpose, nor was there any related mention in the emails sent by Italianway before our arrival in Milan. To our surprise, shortly after our arrival, we received an email stating that we would be charged €200 for this purpose. When checking in at the Italianway office at the central train station, the responsible staff member informed us that this amount would be refunded to us seven days after our departure. As is evident with electronic transactions, there was no way we would accept such a thing, and it took a considerable amount of time for the staff member to ultimately refrain from this action. Now, upon arriving at the apartment, we found that the toilet basket was filled with items left by previous tenants, there was no soap except for a small melted piece, and the fridge had crumbs that had not been cleaned. When calling the number provided to us, we received the response, "We're very sorry; we will report it to the cleaning team." Does "sorry" fix the problems?

  What could be improved: المكان قريب من محطة المترو 5 دقايق مشي لكنه في شارع فرعي في منطقة سكنية فيها جميع الجنسيات الي مقيمين في ميلان 😐والشقة في الدور الاول ولا نستطيع استخدام المصعد لانه مقفل بمفتاح لذلك كان متعب حمل الحقائب بالدرج عموما المكان امان ولكنه في عمارة سكنية للمقيمين الاجانب عندهم
