My room was clean and comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a three-star property, but with thoughtful touches that made it feel more personal. The bed was actually really good (sometimes you gamble with smaller hotels), and the bathroom had decent water pressure, which, let’s be real, matters after a day of walking around Milan. The decor leans traditional Italian without being kitschy, and you get nice natural light from the windows.

The restaurant downstairs serves solid Italian classics — nothing revolutionary, but the kind of food that hits the spot when you’re tired from sightseeing. I mean, the pasta was properly made and the staff clearly cared about what they were serving.   Spotless clean, comfortable mattress and bedding, facilities (electric kettle, tee and coffee, safe), calm inside and double-glazed windows, good WiFi, friendly and accommodating staff, copious breakfast, quite central position, 5 min walk to metrostation Loreto which is 2 stops from main railway station, possibility to leave luggage, restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. This was the second time I booked this hotel, I had a different room and my impression was as good as during my first stay.

  The hotel room was much better than I expected. My bed was double and very comfortable. I got sick the day I arrived in Milan and spent a lot of time at the hotel. I really loved my room. It was very spacious, the wardrobe was large, and there was a kettle with several kinds of tea. I also had a tiny balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in time. The location was also good. If you enjoy walking, it’s ideal, but if not, the metro station is very close. The Duomo Cathedral is about a 40–50 minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop right next to the hotel. If a friend asked me where to stay in Milan, I’d definitely recommend this place.
