  Hotel is spotless cleaned and 99% of the receptionists are professional and welcoming.
  
  What could be improved: Inappropriate comment from one receptionist when I suddenly had a guest, instead of just telling me what it could be or could not be done or how much extra to pay.

  We loved the greeting on checkin, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked and it was so close to Gare du Nord. Great dining choices nearby, Cafe du Nord served a delicious meal and because we didn’t see the bill, we realized afterwards that the waiter had given himself about €50 tip so be sure to ask for your bill if you eat there! We loved that we got a complimentary coffee on leaving early to catch the Eurostar.

  Very friendly, great condition in rooms and delicious breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: I would've given them a 10 if it werent for the noise we could hear coming from the restaurant above us. We were stayed on 5th floor and restaurant is on 6th floor.

  We liked the bed, but the pillows were too thin. Big plus for the noise reduction, you didn’t hear anything from the hallway.
