  The staff was nice, and the room was clean, bed was comfortable. Also the breakfast was okay
  
  What could be improved: But it is not actually the 4 star hotel, I give it 3 star, also the location was not fantastic, especially if you are short in time in Milan, it will takes so much time to get to the city center, despite the metro station is close.
