The apartment itself surprised me in the best way possible. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just functional — you know what I mean? The kitchen actually works for more than just heating up leftovers, which is rare in these kinds of places. I ended up cooking a simple pasta dinner one night, and it felt completely natural. The living space flows well, and honestly, after a long day of walking around Milan, having a proper sofa to collapse on instead of just a hotel room chair made all the difference.

Practical Comfort

The bed situation is solid — not the most luxurious thing you’ll ever sleep on, but definitely comfortable enough that I wasn’t thinking about it. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, which matters more than you’d think after trying to shower in some of Milan’s older properties. What really stood out was how quiet everything stays at night. Even with the windows open, the street noise is minimal, and you can actually get decent sleep.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea — if you want room service and a concierge, you’ll need to look elsewhere. But for travelers who appreciate having their own space and don’t mind being slightly off the beaten path, it works really well. The host responds quickly to messages, parking isn’t impossible to figure out if you’re driving, and the price point makes sense for what you’re getting. I left feeling like I’d actually experienced a slice of real Milan life rather than just passing through as a tourist.

  L’appartamento è in ottime condizioni, pulito, studiato nei particolari e con numerosi accorgimenti e dispositivi.
  
  What could be improved: Purtroppo al nostro arrivo, considerate anche le temperature esterne, l’appartamento era freddo. Per fortuna siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio e quindi al momento di andare a dormire la temperatura interna era buona.

  L'appartamento è come da foto. Nuovo, pulito e funzionale. Letto comodo, televisione perfettamente funzionante.
  Bagno con doccia nuovissimo. molto apprezzati gli asciugamani, l'asciugacapelli e il kit per il bagno con sapone e detergente. Pompa di calore nuova e perfettamente funzionante. Comodo bollitore e macchinetta del caffè.
  
  What could be improved: Se ci fosse stata qualche capsula di caffè o tè sarebbe stato molto apprezzato. L'appartamento in sè non ha nulla che non va. Purtroppo si trova all'interno di un palazzo molto vecchio e i giorni in cui sono stata io, gli abitanti del palazzo erano molto rumorosi e hanno fatto parecchia confusione anche nel cuore della notte. una notte qualcuno urlando ha sbattuto contro la mia porta. Se non fosse stato per il contesto in cui è inserito l'appartamento avrei dato un voto molto più alto.

  What could be improved: LA PORTE !!! n’ayant pas eu le code pour déverrouiller la porte sans la clé, on est obligé d’avoir les clés. Une porte avec des poignées et une serrure convient

  Excellent apartment for two people. Good location, there is a large supermarket nearby. There is convenient transport to every point, and you can also walk to the center.
