The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed — they really maximized the space without making it feel cramped. The kitchenette was actually functional (not just decorative like some places), with a proper fridge and enough counter space to make a simple breakfast. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t think about it, which is honestly the best compliment I can give hotel bedding.

Practical Details

The WiFi worked reliably throughout my stay, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable during those warm summer days. What impressed me was how quiet it stayed at night — I was worried about train noise being so close to Centrale, but the windows do their job well. The front desk staff spoke good English and actually knew the neighborhood, which made getting restaurant recommendations easy.

  The property is really close to Milano Centrale making it easy to travel anywhere. The apartment has got a minimalistic design which is great. The washing machine worked, heaters worked too. It’s close to restaurants and groceries.
  
  What could be improved: We had problem getting inside the apartment and had to wait over 90 minutes outside the door due to an “employee error”. Very frustrating as a tourist and you want to make the most out of your time. Staff does not respond quick enough. However, they did allow us to check out 2 hours later to compensate after we asked.
  
  There were no cutleries, no knives, no ladles. We asked at night and they responded the morning after saying “we asked the company and they replied that there were these things” and “If you haven't found it, let me know and I'll notify the company to leave.”

  The apartment was clean and easy to access. The location was good for us because we had an early morning tour from the central station. Milan is also well connected by metro so it was easy to get around.

  It was a great location for us as we needed early morning access to the central station and this apartment couldn’t be any closer. It is literally across the square. After travelling for 2 weeks it was great to have a washing machine. Apartment was spacious.
