  Clean and nice location
  
  What could be improved: It was in the ground floor and very noisy since the office is there, just beside you. Moreover maintenance was starting early morning and couldn’t relaxed.

  Close to everything, grocery store right outside, many cafes, the reception staff are very kind and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside I noticed in particular was the sound insulation was almost non existent. We could hear the workers outside just as clearly, whether the windows were open or not. Same goes for anyone talking in the hallway, we could hear anyone talking in reception just as clearly as if there weren’t any door.
  
  This wasn’t a huge problem though, because at night, the area is very quiet and no one is in reception, and the neighbors didn’t make much noise. But maybe something to look at.

  The check in people were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
  
  What could be improved: The ground floor location looked directly out to a service alley outside, with bright lights on 24/7. We left the windows cracked at night only to be wakened by people smoking outside the window. Not much to do about it by the staff but it is something I will think about next time visiting Milan. The grocery store next door was an asset.
