  What could be improved: La incomodidad de tener que ir a otro lugar a recoger las llaves, tomando en cuenta que venimos de viajar, con maletas… es bastante incómodo tener que ir primero a una dirección a buscar las llaves y luego al hotel.

  Ninguno explico bien como recoger las llaves, ya que tuve un retraso en el tren y llegue despues de la hora de recepcion.

  What could be improved: Every cupboard I opened had a weird smell coming from it, even the fridge. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and dirty. There was no difference between A/C on low or on high.

  The apartment had everything we needed. We didn't use the kitchen, but we saw that it was fully equipped, and there was a washing machine. The location is not in the city centre but is close enough to it considering the size Milan. The beds were wide and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and there was some dust on the floor in the bedroom and living room.

  Sijainti oli loistava varsinkin nuoren aikuisen poikani kannalta Naviglin on iltaisin täynnä nuoria. Ravintoloita on todella paljon.Sänky oli 10+ se oli tarpeeksi kova ihana nukkua, ilmastointi hyvä muualla paitsi kylpyhuoneessa. Avain oli mahdollista noutaa kolmesta eri paikasta. Me otimme sen Centralen rautatieasemalta. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista.
  
  What could be improved: Kylpyhuoneessa vesivahinko eikä minkäänlaista tuuletusta. Kylpyhuone pitäisi remontoida heti. Siivous oli huonoa pintojen osalta ( ovien ja seinien)
