I found the Wi-Fi reliable, which matters when you’re trying to navigate Milan’s public transport system or make dinner reservations.   Posizione vicinissima alla metro ed abbastanza centrale.
  Appartamento molto carino e dotato di quasi tutto il necessario (anche se un rotolo di scottex e magari una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo non avrebbero guastato!)

  What could be improved: I hate this appartment. Room is dirty. They did not clean before your arrive. The door is not closed due to it was slipped. Other people can enter to your some with another key despite you locked the door. Water in toillet is not drainage.

  Vzhled pokoje odpovídal fotografiím, čistota byla v pořádku (i když teda špinavé a mokré ručníky v údržbové skříni tam zůstávat nemuseli). Lokalita byla úžasná. Kousek od apartmánu byl velký obchod a ráno jsme chodili běhat do nedalekého parku kolem Sforza, takže super.
  
  What could be improved: Přijeli jsme rano do Milána, ale než jsme si prošli město dostali jsme se na ubytování odpoledne. Celý apartmán byl absolutně vymrzlý. Topení neslo nastavit, protože termostat byl zamčený. A pak jsme dokonce i zjistily, že kotel nefungoval, což by podle mě měli zjistit lidé co ho kontrolovali a uklízeli, než nám dali klice. Celý pobyt jsme topily dvěma klimatizacemi, abychom nezmrzli. Kotel se nám tedy nakonec povedlo zprovoznit, ale jen díky tomu,že jsme přišli na to,jak jej vypnout a zapnout opakovaně. Druhý den sice poslali někoho na opravu, který teda přišel bez předchozího ohlášení a hned po zaklepání vlezl dovnitř aniž by vyčkal na vyzvání, což nebylo vhodné když vezmu, že jsme nebyli oblečení. Každopádně neměl co spravovat. V podstatě kotel zapl a vypl jako my a tím skončil. Ale to už jsme zvládli večer sami.
  Celkově se nám nelíbilo ani to,že v ubytování nebyli utěrky ani mycí potřeby na nádobí, což pokud letíte na pár dní jen s batůžkem sebou asi netaháte, takže jsme nakonec museli koupit alespoň tablety do myčky, abychom si umyli pár kousků nádobí. Nemyslím si,že by jar a houbičky nebo pár tablet byl takový problém.
