  Buena ubicación y con servicios cerca como restauración, supermercados, transportes. Para moverse por la ciudad y tambien para poder visitar otros lugares cercanos.

  Emplacement proche de la gare et permettant de rejoindre le centre ville à pied ( métro ou tramway à proximité) . Appartement propre très bien rénové et aménagé. Commerces et bons restaurants juste à côté. Accueil agréable , avec présentation des équipements .

  The apartment is freshly renovated, everything works and is well located. The owner, Frederico is a very nice gentleman who waited for us to check us in even though we were quite late.

  Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Mailand. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnviertel direkt gegenüber dem neuen Viertel Porta Nuova, man braucht rund 20 Minuten bis zum Dom. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt.
  Frederico ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns nicht nur super freundlich empfangen hat, sondern auch mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt hat. Zudem ist er jederzeit ansprechbar und äußerst hilfsbereit.
  Nette und gute Restaurants mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsvehältnis gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Ein typisches italienisches Frühstück bekommt man sehr lecker gleich unten im Haus in einem netten Kaffee.
  Die Garage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zum einen sind Parkplätze Mangelware, zum anderen steht das Auto dort sicher. Zudem ist sie gleich um die Ecke.

  The property was very clean. Excellent location with a metro stop just outside and the central train station just around the corner, a short walk away. There were nice restaurants in the area. We preferred to eat in restaurants in the area rather than the centre. The apartment had everything you need for a stay in Milan.

  Great location and easy access to transportation. The apartment is very well equipped, everything is of excellent quality and new. Also noteworthy is the soundproofing. Five-star hotel standard. And best of all is the hosts' hospitality and generosity, demonstrated in every detail (and there are many).

  Appartamento pulitissimo, ben arredato, spazioso. Si trova in un bel quartiere, tranquillo e con ogni comodità. La fermata della metropolitana è poco distante. E' ben insonorizzato e con le finestre chiuse non si avverte alcun rumore. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal proprietario che, nonostante non abbia potuto accoglierci personalmente perchè era fuori città, ci ha permesso di fare il check in anticipato e ci ha lasciato le chiavi presso un esercizio commerciale di sua fiducia. Durante il soggiorno ci ha contattati più volte per chiederci se andava tutto bene e se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato delle bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo, una bottiglia di spumante, dei biscotti, prodotti per il bagno e per la pulizia della casa e degli abiti, caffè e tè. Abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie per usare il Wifi, gestire la raccolta differenziata, muoverci nei dintorni, ecc. Sono molti anni che viaggiamo affittando appartamenti, ci siamo sempre trovati bene ma mai come questa volta. Grazie ancora.

  The landlord's reception was just wonderful! We arrived in the early hours of the morning and still received a warm welcome. They even prepared gifts for us! All of this was just to ensure we had a great time! The living environment was excellent, very quiet, and the facilities were complete. I really loved the room I booked this time, and I also loved the humorous, witty, gentle and considerate landlord couple!
