The room I stayed in was bigger than I expected for a three-star place in Milan — and I mean genuinely spacious, not just “spacious for Europe.” The setup is practical without being boring, with enough storage that you can actually unpack if you’re staying a few days. What I appreciated most was the attention to details like proper lighting for reading and windows that actually open (trust me, this matters more than you think in Milan).

Daily Life Here

Mornings start quietly, which is refreshing after the chaos of central Milan. There’s a decent coffee bar just around the corner where locals grab their morning espresso — the kind of place where the barista remembers your order by day three. The apartment-style setup means you can store groceries if you want, though honestly, the dining options nearby are tempting enough that you might not bother cooking much.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t trying to be the fanciest place in Milan, and that’s exactly why it works so well. You get a genuine slice of how Milanese actually live, with easy access to both the city center and some lesser-known neighborhoods worth exploring. The 8.6 rating makes perfect sense when you consider what you’re actually getting — solid comfort, fair pricing, and that rare thing in busy cities: a bit of breathing room.

  What could be improved: Para llegar te dan numerosas instrucciones por mensajes de móvil y si no estás acostumbrado a ese sistema, lo cual era mi caso, te puede resultar complicado. En personas de cierta edad vendría bien hacer posible una llamada con cámara para que entiendan tus dificultades y no mensajes de texto del tipo : “ señor, todo está en las instrucciones” porque esperar al sol con el equipaje en la puerta de un inmueble mientras intentas descifrar por qué no puedes entrar puede ser frustrante. Por ejemplo, decían que al llegar a la puerta del edificio había que apretar un botón rojo y yo no lo encontraba porque el botón rojo se refería a un rectángulo rojo que aparece en tu correo de email en el móvil y no a un botón que estuviese a la entrada del edificio. Creo que una videollamada me habría ayudado. Tampoco funcionaba la clave de internet. Lo comuniqué por whatsap y me hicieron preguntas en un principio pero no se arregló y los días siguientes no volvieron a preguntar.

  What could be improved: Aan de poort Nr. 6 staan 3 appartement. gebouwen. Niet echt duidelijk dat het het linkse is. In de inkomhal moet men eerst door een deur om naar het appert. te gaan. Na 1 douche is het warm water op.

  Нам очень понравилась квартира! Рациональность, стиль, уют., создаваемый приятными светильниками. Чистота – необыкновенная. И ее легко поддерживать за счет лаконичности меблировки.
  Удобно, что это оказался первый этаж и не было никаких проблем с чемоданами. После распаковки они легко разместились под кроватью.
  Отличное расположение – в 5-7 минутах ходьбы 2 станции метро разных веток. До центра – 3-4 остановки. Район очень приятный, спальный, чистый, довольно зеленый. Много разных кафешек.
  Квартира – то, что называется, "упакована" техникой – вплоть до посудомоечной машины и раскладной сушки для белья. К сожалению, для индукционной плиты подошли только две кастрюли (большая и средняя) и одна сковорода. С остальными кастрюлями плита не работает. 🙁 Но мы приспособились. Небольшую мокинетту для плиты специально доставили нам немедленно после нашей заявки.
  Кресла, хоть и в стиле "техно" (пластмассовые) оказались очень эргономичными и чрезвычйно удобными. А вот столик явно маловат – два ноутбуа с трудом разместились.
  К небольшим недостаткам нужно отнести отсутствие бытовой химии (для стирки, для мытья посуды и т.п.) и соответствующих губок на кухню. Нам также пришлось купить специальную жидкость для пробивки труб – в ванной возникла проблема с раковиной.

  What could be improved: riscaldamenti non funzionanti e acqua fredda dopo un’autonomia di 5 min di acqua calda che ho purtroppo scoperto solo mentre ero sotto la doccia prima del check out. mi avrebbero ricontattato per capire il mio feedback negativo e sono spariti. rapporto qualità prezzo imbarazzante per l qualità scarsissima dei servizi.
