  What could be improved: Needs to work on cleaning, the floors were very dirty making my socks turn black. There was hair on the shower walls, and mold in the shower.
  Also would be nice to have water bottles in the fridge for the first night.

  Easy to approach, enter. Very clear. Comfortable beds and good sheets and towels. Interiors are so light and fresh. Wi fi works quickly.

  The apartment was clean and spacious. It was a very good location.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing, it was just complicated to enter. Once inside, it was no problem at all. Adding amenities like sugar, creamer and a couple of coffee pods would make a difference to get the morning going on the first day.

  The apartment is well located, in the proximity of metro, shopping area and groceries store. Having two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms was very convenient for our group. The guest services where responsive and prompt.
  
  What could be improved: Cleanliness could be improved and as well would be good to add some additional toiletries (soap, etc) , as well as dishes cleaning solution and towels would have been helpful. Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped.

  Location was amazing. Everything was walking distance. All the of the shopping is all in the area. Train station very close by, quick and easy trip to explore duomo and other tourist locations.
  
  What could be improved: There was only 1 roll of toilet paper even though there’s two washrooms. It was a tad bit difficult to get the keys. The code was never emailed to me I had to turn my data on and call customer service.

  What could be improved: There is zero flexibility in check in and check out process. Owners are very strict about the 3pm check in and 11am checkout (not even by a minutes). This is because they use an automated system that releases the code for the key box. We had asked if we could get the access code 30 min earlier if the place was ready. Our request was ignored and In fact the code was released 15minuted late

  Location. The fact that has 2 WCs, kitchen, washing machine, laundry machine. Very well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: A couple of things broken in the WC. No cleaning in a stay of 5 days.
