Each apartment comes with a proper kitchen — not some sad mini-fridge situation, but actual cooking space with everything you need. I mean, you’re in Italy, so being able to grab fresh ingredients from the local market and cook at home? That’s pretty brilliant. The design is clean and modern without feeling cold, with those floor-to-ceiling windows that let in incredible natural light.

Location & Neighborhood

Via dei Transiti puts you in Isola, which has become one of Milan’s most interesting neighborhoods over the past few years. You’re walking distance to Porta Garibaldi station, so getting around the city is actually easy, but the real charm is staying put. The street itself is lined with aperitivo bars and small restaurants where you’ll hear more Italian than English — always a good sign. Bosco Verticale (those famous vertical forest towers) is literally around the corner, perfect for your Instagram but also genuinely impressive in person.

The Details That Matter

What struck me most was how thoughtfully everything was set up. There’s decent parking nearby if you’re driving, which in Milan is no small feat. The building is quiet — you know how thin walls can be in apartment-style places, but here you actually get some peace. The staff operates more like a concierge service, available when you need them but not hovering around a lobby. They’ll sort out restaurant reservations or help with directions, but otherwise you get the privacy of having your own place.

  Реально замечательные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Такое ощущение, что только что сделали ремонт и мы первые жильцы: все красиво, продумано, обеспечено, комфортно. Все на высшем уровне.
  
  What could be improved: Реальный квест с обнаружением: ключи в коробочке в кустах на соседней улице. В подъезде повернули не в ту сторону и долго рвались не в ту квартиру. Парковка – отдельный гараж в подземном комплексе- через дорогу. При этом с номером 48 – несколько гаражей. После постановки машины в гараж много времени потратили, чтобы оттуда выйти к дому с апартаментами. Район жутковатый: сплошные эмигранты, которые смотрят на тебя как на жителя другой планеты. Если бы не было такого гаража – не оставили бы машину на улице и уехали бы.

  Apartment bardzo dobrze wyposażony, przestrzenny i czysty – zdjęcia dokładnie oddają jego klasę. Położony w kamienicy, tuż przy stacji metra, tylko kilka przystanków od ściłego centrum. W pobliżu, na rogu via Crespi wspaniała pizzeria Atm i bar Vecchia Tabacceria Varisco, genialne lody i kawiarnia Scaringi na via Monza.
  Na dole budynku świetnie zaopatrzony supermarket.
  
  What could be improved: Nie najlepiej oceniam:
  – obsługę w prawdzie bardzo miłą, ale, biorąc pod uwagę cenę apartamentu, oczekującą sporo samoobsługi – skomplikowany online checkin, klucze chowane w dziwacznym miejscu, pęk kluczy bez oznaczeń, który do czego. W tej cenie, oczekiwałabym rozwiązań ułatwiających życie gościom, a nie tylko agentom 😉
  – niezbyt przyjemne otoczenie samej stacji metra. Choć nie jest niebezpiecznie, jednak zbierające się na ulicy grupki popijających emigrantów nie są zachęcające

  Super apartament, położony zaraz przy stacji metra, którym dojedziemy do ścisłego centrum miasta. Mieszkanie nowe, czyste i bardzo komfortowe. Na życzenie miejsce w podziemnym garażu po drugiej stronie ulicy. Sklep spożywczy na parterze budynku. Bezproblemowy i bezkontaktowy odbiór kluczy.
