  All of the staff members were so kind. Special thanks to reception and breakfast team who took care of us during our stay. Property is clean and breakfast is nice. Location is calm and quiet but close to a metro station.

  I liked the staff, they were very welcoming, specially Ahmed who work as receptionist and the other guy on Resturant was very helpful. It’s clean and that’s important.
  
  What could be improved: The TV was all in Italian so I didn’t watch much. Also couldn’t open my Netflix account because it was programmed to not open it. Not soundproofed as said.

  The property is in a good location , Staff welcoming if only at the Reception they accommodate visitors and use English as their second language when welcoming guests …The rooms are very clean but u will find dust on the surfaces as if the building is on construction even if you wipe it but its not something bad .On my second visit i wont hesitate booking there again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Kleos Hotel in Milan turned out to be a very pleasant place to stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were changed and the bed was made every day, which added a lot of comfort. The bathroom was modern and very nice. Another big plus was the air conditioning, TV, and minibar, which could easily be used as a small fridge for your own needs.
  The location, however, can be a little tricky. The hotel is just a few minutes from the metro, but it’s on line M4, so to reach most of Milan’s main attractions you need at least one change. On the bright side, there was a Carrefour Express nearby, which was very convenient – finding a supermarket in the city center of Italy can be surprisingly difficult, so this was a real advantage.
  
  What could be improved: The room itself was a bit small, but for travelers who plan to spend most of the day sightseeing and only come back to the hotel to sleep, this should not be a problem.

  Absolutely everything! Very nice hotel 15 min drive from Milano Linate.
  Reception staff and bar staff very nice and helpful.
  My room was big and clean. Bathroom was spotless!
  Very good breakfast but no variety from day to day so you might end up fed up of it after few days.
  Is also near to tram 5 and bus 91/90.
  
  What could be improved: One member of staff was very unprofessional. I was having my breakfast and she started looking at me with a weird face. She then called the bar staff and asked him if I was entitled to stay there for breakfast pointing at me( how rude!). Even when the bar staff said yes she was not convinced and asked him to check my room number. I understand Italian so I could hear all they were saying. Mind you there were other people having their breakfast and she targeted just me and I was the only black. Management was informed of this but am still waiting for an apology.
