Location & Neighborhood

So here’s the thing about the San Siro area — most tourists skip it entirely, but they’re missing out. You’re literally a stone’s throw from the iconic San Siro Stadium, which is exciting if you’re into football, but even if you’re not, the neighborhood has this authentic Milanese feel. Getting into central Milan is actually pretty straightforward with the metro, and honestly, you’ll appreciate coming back to this quieter corner after battling the crowds at the Duomo.

The Accommodations

The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for Milan standards — and trust me, space is premium in this city. What I loved was the attention to detail: proper blackout curtains (essential for jet lag recovery), a decent-sized desk if you need to get work done, and a bathroom that doesn’t require you to be a contortionist. The air conditioning actually works well, which you’ll definitely need during Milan’s sticky summers.

Practical Perks

Look, I’m not going to pretend this place has a fancy restaurant or spa facilities, but what it does have works really well. There’s parking available, which is honestly a godsend in Milan — you’d pay twice as much just for a parking spot in the city center. The breakfast setup is simple but solid, with decent coffee (this is Italy, after all) and fresh pastries that hit the spot before a day of exploring.

  There are quite a few amenities in such a small apartment, and my girlfriend liked the interior. There is a kitchen and a spacious bathroom. It was very warm thanks to the radiators and air conditioning.
  
  What could be improved: Difficult access to the accommodation through a million doors and locks. Not a very cool location, but there is a bus stop nearby if needed. It wasn't very clean—the carpet and bedding look worn out, and the walls aren't very fresh either. Also, unfortunately, there is no curtain or anything like that in the shower—all the water splashes outside the shower stall.

  The apartment is located in a good building in quite neighborhood. A lot of squirrels live on this territory and we were lucky to observe them right out of the window! There's everything needed: a comfort mattress, a kitchenette, a table.
  
  What could be improved: The check in process is suitable only for people with stable mobile internet connection. So for us it was ok, but it may be stressful if your internet is not working

  We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless — everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and well organized. You can really feel that the host takes great care of every detail. The location is very convenient: the metro station is just a 10–12 minute walk away, and there are several bus stops nearby. The area is calm and pleasant. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for the warm welcome — we would definitely love to come back!
  
  What could be improved: The only downside was that the bedding (sheets, pillow, and blanket) had a so unpleasant smell.

  It was a cute space, very comfortable and clean. We were able to relax after long days making tourism in Milan. There is a big supermarket close by, and the area is quiet and was very green. I personally loved the squirrels in the garden 😃 also the host was really nice. We had troubles checking in and they helped quickly. There is a little kitchen with all you could need and the bathroom was really clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit far away from the center, but it was very easy reachable by metro and a short bus. The instructions for checking in were a bit confusing, we received several emails with different steps, and was difficult to find the right one and follow the steps. The process could be simplified in only one email (not sent from booking messages) or through WhatsApp maybe. But overall the host was super nice and helpful. Checkout was super easy.

  The host and the staff was very nice and helpful, he answered very quickly. The place was surprisingly comfortable and very clean, it had everything we needed and more (even coffee which was very good)
  The walk to the metro took us 15 min which was quite nice to walk. We are very glad we chose this place to stay in

  The location is about 10 – 15 minutes walk from the Bisceglie Metro Station and about 30 minutes to the centre of MILAN. Duomo & Vittorio Galleria. San Siro Stadium is also nearby for football lovers. It is a lovely Studio apartment and has all that is needed for a comfortable stay in Milan. The neighbourhood is great as well. I would gladly stay there whenever I visit Milan again because commuting from there to every part of Milan is so easy.
  
  What could be improved: The keypads on the security door to the apartment seem a bit complicated to me. I would have preferred keys instead of door codes. Maybe, I'm old and not Gen Z.

  Very clean, good location, close to San Siro – we could walk home after the concert in about half an hour without any problems. The neighbourhood’s very nice, there are shops nearby.

  I liked that there was a lot of olive oil. The bed was so comfy and that blanket was amazing. Never seen such a long blanket. The host gave us some recommendations where to go and eat. And we loved those places so much. And it was really cozy there.

  Everything was really nice, subway is 10-15 minutes by walk. The room was clean and had everything. We had small problem with code to our room, but the owner solved it in few minutes. We recommend this apartment.
