The neighborhood has this nice mix of locals and university students, so there are plenty of cafes and shops that aren’t trying to fleece visitors.

Three bedrooms in Milan — that’s pretty generous, especially when each room actually has proper space to move around. The kitchen is fully equipped (I made coffee every morning and even attempted pasta one evening), and everything feels contemporary without being cold.   La posizione e le dimensioni della casa.
  
  What could be improved: La pulizia, la casa non era ben pulita, presenza di ragnatele in più punti.
  Il lavabo di un bagno era rotto (abbiamo avvisato, avrebbero mandato un tecnico ma per un problema di salute abbiamo chiesto di non mandarlo).
  Gli utensili della cucina vecchi, la presa vicino al bollitore e alla macchina del caffè inutilizzabile.
  Peccato perché la casa ha un gran potenziale.

  What could be improved: Το βασικό πρόβλημα ήταν η καθαριότητα! Σκόνη , ξεχασμένα χαρτιά, αράχνες και λερωμένο πάπλωμα! Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση στις πόρτες και τους τοίχους .

  Buona posizione, accesso facile, bell'edificio e bel cortile interno. Alloggio e camere spaziose. Molta luce.
  
  What could be improved: Bagni con lavandini da appoggio su basi rivestite in ceramica ad altezza completamente sbagliata (troppo alti) e quasi inutilizzabili. Entrambi i due bagni presentano questo problema. Una persona di altezza inferiore alla mia (1,80) non può usare i sanitari con facilità. Si tratta di una limitazione gravissima che inficia l'uso dei servizi.
  Mobile della cucina realizzato in modo molto approssimativo, di bassa qualità, mal raccordato alle pareti. In frigo, nessuna bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto.
  Al nostro arrivo la caldaia era spenta e l'interruttore a parete riportava la scritta "Non toccare" su un pezzo di nastro adesivo. Tuttavia per accenderla abbiamo dovuto azionarlo, altrimenti saremmo stati senza acqua calda. Un altro elemento del tutto assurdo, è inconcepibile far trovare agli utilizzatori un pezzo di impianto fondamentale non funzionante o potenzialmente non protetto. Fortunatamente non è successo niente. Ai miei messaggi il gestore non ha risposto.

  Apartament przestronny, na plus dwie łazienki. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, sklepy i restauracje. Super instrukcja jak odebrać klucze i dostać się do apartamentu.

  Die Lage ist super. Außerdem bekommt man eine hervorragende Einweisung und Wegbeschreibung und tolle Tipps.
