  A lot of space in the apartment. Very clean.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment was a bit dark. In the morning there was no hot water. I reported this to the owner and about 30 minutes before checkout somebody came and fixed the the water by disabling a timer on the heater. It was very inconvenient.

  Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent, the apartment is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The lady who assisted us was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression on us.
  
  However, there were a few minor issues upon arrival: the address provided in the listing did not match the one we received in a message, and the phone number given was not reachable. Fortunately, we were able to get in touch quickly through the WhatsApp number listed on the website.
  
  You can hear the tram passing by occasionally, but it wasn’t too disturbing.

  What could be improved: Staff wasn't punctual to recieve at the apartment. The apartment is old building and getting into the apartment is bit scary especially lot of delivery guys stand next to the main door in the night most a drunk which can scare you.

  The property was perfectly laid out enough space for everyone we had a group of 6. Location was close to city centre
  
  What could be improved: I told the staff of my late arrival as I had a late flight, let them know when I’ll be roughly landing- no one was there to open the door for us, the lady we spoke to on the phone was rude and could not help us. In the end we had to wait outside for someone to come in an out of the gate and doors to let ourselves in

  The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible and adding to the overall convenience.
  
  What could be improved: The bathrooms were not clean enough , and we were unable to take a shower because the drainage was clogged and didn’t function properly. ( we stayed for one only night and did not have enough time to ask for maintenance)

  We had a great time. Very amply, It’s pretty close to main attractions, about 15 minutes walking to Duomo. Master bathroom doesn’t have a walking shower, it only has a hot tub so it’s a little hard to shower inside the jacuzzi hot tub, the other bathroom has a walking shower but it’s hard to fit in there because it’s extremely small. Other than that the apartment it’s really nice !!! 😊
