  Clean premise
  
  What could be improved: Charging extra EUR30 upon registration for check in after 1700 with assistance, but no one there to assist, calling the phone number as provided in booking.com but nobody pick up the phone. We have to guess and make blind try almost 1 hour to get in the premise. One of the room is placed together with the kitchen, stove not functioning (or we don't know how to operate, no one to help or refer to), washing machine provided but no rack to dry the wet laundry.

  Location was great! It offers access to two mtero line-purple and red lines which takes you to the centre of tg ecity and gives access to te central station. The ares was safe and nice.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that I was not happy about was the communication between the host. The host was not very helpfuyl and responsive on booking and on what's up. The responses were late and not helpful. Also the electric stove was not working and Ireached out the host with this issue, however not resoltion was offered.

  What could be improved: We spent 20 minutes outside (at night) trying to open the main gate and door by calling the specified Italian number, listening to the answering machine in Italian, but somehow succeeded.
  The main bed mattress was too small for the bed frame, the sofa was not clean.

  In the kitchen found: 4 forks, 4 spoons, and one knife. No teaspoons, etc.

  It's a good and confortable accommodation, close to Metro station and San Siro Stadium. The apartment was very nice and spacious enough for a family.

  It’s very close to Gate 5 at the Fira exhibition, the first house behind the petrol station just across the main road.
  
  What could be improved: Heating was off, so in winter with heating switched off it is a very cold apartment. The Apartment D is actually part of apartment 4, wity no sign on the door that apartment D is behind door 4. No details are shred about how to enter the apartment, only a link to open a page, and the page with key code disappears just as you need it to return the key. Very complicated. On the good side is that you get actual keys to the apartment so once you have the keys you don’t need your phone to be allowing roaming and full
  of battery to access the door. You need to be careful though when you leave as you need keys that you left in the door safe in order to open the gate by the road….
