  The location is very nice. Close to Milano Centrale and a lot of bars/restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: The bed is very uncomfortable. It looked as on the pictures when it was brand new, now it is not anymore. The coffee machine was so dirty and gross that we tried to clean it but didn't succseed and couldn't use it.

  The location of the apartment was perfect for us, only a couple of minutes walk to Milan Central Station and some shopping.
  The check in process was very smooth and the owner was very responsive when needed.
  Bed and couch were very comfy and the AC and fan were very appreciated due to the heat. Apartment was very clean when we arrived.
  
  What could be improved: There was a crack in the shower tray that was a little uncomfortable due to the location. There was alot of construction and scaffolding around the building, no noise just a little unsightly.

  What could be improved: The weather inside the apartment was very bad, having to be set always to 26°C/79°F in the summer, inside feels like 32°C/90°F was almost impossible to sleep well.
  
  3 nights spent, and the bathroom had just half pack of liquid soap, no shampoos, and no towels change.

  What could be improved: The air conditioning compartment had mould growing and when we tried to contact the host he completely ignored us. The building is within a construction site and it’s very dirty and dusty. shower area floor seems to be giving way and was unstable. the window blinds were stuck which provided no privacy.
