The room feels more spacious than typical Milan accommodations — you’re not bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The kitchenette is functional enough if you want to grab groceries from the Esselunga nearby and avoid eating out for every single meal (your wallet will thank you). The decor is… well, let’s call it practical rather than Instagram-worthy, but everything works properly.

Practical Considerations

Here’s the thing about staying near Centrale — you hear trains occasionally, but it’s more of a distant hum than anything disruptive. I actually found it oddly comforting after a day or two. The building has decent WiFi, which matters if you’re trying to plan your next day’s adventures or need to check train schedules. Parking is available, though honestly, unless you’re planning trips outside the city, a car in Milan is more headache than help.

  L emplacement et la résidence sécurisée voir même trop sécurisée car nous avons eu un peu de mal à rentrer malgré les explications
  
  What could be improved: La literie !! J avais choisi cet appartement car il y avait 2 chambres mais il n y avait qu un seul lit de préparé. Et le lit le moins confortable : bruyant lorsqu on bougeait .
  La salle de bains : pas d eau chaude ou très très longue à venir.

  Location was great in sense of proximity to the Milano Centrale. Apartment located in nice building with day guard at the entrance. It was calm and spacious. Also clean and tidy.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment could use some investment. Unfortunately especially beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable with too soft and worn down mattresses and supports. had a very bad sleep for two nights we stayed in. Online check in process with necessity of taking all the pictures with IDs and faces was also quite complicated and lengthy to do in a group. I know there is a law to register the guests in Italy for tax etc, but I never went through such a nuisance.
