Sure, it’s not right in the center, but that’s actually refreshing after dealing with crowds all day.

The room I stayed in felt more like a mini apartment than a hotel space. There’s a proper kitchen setup — not just a tiny fridge and microwave, but an actual stove where you can cook a real meal. The bathroom is compact but well-designed, and I mean, the shower pressure was better than what I have at home. The décor is simple and clean, nothing fancy, but everything works and feels maintained.

Local Life and Practicalities

There’s parking available, which is honestly a miracle in Milan if you’re driving. The staff speaks decent English and they’re genuinely helpful — not in that over-the-top hotel way, but like neighbors who want to help you figure things out. I grabbed coffee at the bar around the corner every morning, and by day three, the owner knew my order. That’s the kind of experience you get staying in a real neighborhood instead of the tourist zones.

  design of the place, many wardrobes and good planed system of storage, yard during hot days was the pleasure, the location is very convenient, bus and tram stop just behind the corner from one hand but away from the noise of main roads, a buth tube
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately seems the owner does not want invest to the property now. There was a space for washing machine but no washing machine ( usually it is one of the main reason why people prefer to stay in apartments instead of hotels), no electrical kettle, we boiled water in a pan because the existing kettle for a stove was a super old with plaque inside. On the stove works only 2 sockets instead of 4.
  But the worst things were mattress condition. In pink room it was spring mattress perhaps with few broken pockets in the middle and you are always rolling in the middle of mattress. In the master bedroom the mattress was sagging from one side and you always be like in hammock sleeping on that side. When i tried to change the side hopping it help i found a mold on the cover. The yard was nice but too dusty
  They also did not give us the key for the internal yard where are trashing bins. All communication with the host was super relaxed and we can get answer in one or two days. But need to say for inconvenience they made the cleaning in the middle of our stay.

  There is a very beautiful and spacious apartement în a quiet neighborhood.There are two bathrooms well equipped.we enjoyed very much the place.

  Tömegközlekedés a közelben. Kényelmes ágy. Két fürdő, két háló, ami nagyon praktikus. A teraszon sok növény. Csendes környék.
  
  What could be improved: Az egyik fürdőben nagyon gyenge világítás volt. A konyha csaptelep le volt törve, nem volt víz a konyhában. Nem voltak evőeszközök.

  L'appartamento è davvero carino e accogliente, ben arredato, e affaccia su un piccolo giardino con una veranda dotata di cyclette e sacco da boxe. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, sicuramente apprezzabile.
  
  What could be improved: È molto complicato parlare con qualcuno e ricevere le indicazioni. Bisogna fare riferimento a messaggi e foto su whatsapp per reperire le chiavi che si trovano in una piccola box lungo la recinzione che circonda l'edificio. Ci abbiamo messo un quarto d'ora per trovarle, grazie soprattutto alle indicazioni di un condomino. Se non fosse per questi dettagli, la mia recensione sarebbe stata ultra positiva.

  Очень просторные чистые апартаменты, особенно понравились террасы. Тихий спокойный район, до центра на такси от 16 до 20 евро + рядом есть электричка и трамвай.
  На кухне есть все необходимое.
  
  What could be improved: Не понравилось, что вовремя не прислали инфо о заселении, пришлось писать на почту, в букинг, звонить по нескольким номерам. Но персонал очень вежливый и приветливый.
