  Magnificent apartment. Truly not far from the train station, which was convenient for us. A nice neighborhood with diverse cuisine, and there is also a supermarket nearby.
  
  The building itself is located in a very quiet area. Overall, everything was wonderful.
  
  Special thanks to our host, Alberto — he is an amazing person. He liked everything. The apartment is new, clean, and freshly renovated. What I especially appreciated was the attention to the furniture and details. These are the best apartments I have ever rented — and I have rented a great many.

  Lovely modern apartment that was incredibly well kept and clean. Alberto was very informative and the information for how to get in was very useful as was the documentation in the apartment for the local area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and the bathroom was lovely with lots of hot water.

  What could be improved: The neighbours were a little noisy in the evening, but this was obviously out of the owners control.

  Really loved this place! It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Central Station — super convenient. The room is fully equipped (like, really full of equipment), spotlessly clean, and nicely spacious.

  1. Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartments with all necessary kitchenware, soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
  2. Air conditioning in every room.
  3. A large balcony.
  4. Very quiet at night, with a comfortable mattress and pillows.
  5. Albert was always available and very polite. We asked to check out an hour later since the next guest was arriving later, and he kindly agreed — many thanks to him for that.

  The apartment has a great location and it is very well equipped! The flat is really clean and the beds are comfortable. Perfect for groups who would like to enjoy one shared room (kitchen) without violating personal spaces. I recommend it 10/10!
