Parco Vittadini Apartment Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Parco Vittadini Apartment in Milan, you immediately get that feeling you’ve stumbled onto something special. This four-star property sits in a quieter residential area that honestly feels more authentic than the touristy zones — you know, where actual Milanese people live and go about their daily routines. The building itself has that understated Italian elegance that doesn’t need to shout about itself.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s what I really appreciated about the location — you’re far enough from the chaos of the Duomo area to actually sleep well, but close enough that getting there doesn’t require a major expedition. The neighborhood has this lived-in quality with local cafes where the baristas actually remember your order after a couple days. There’s decent public transport nearby, though I found myself walking more than expected because the streets are just pleasant to wander through.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment setup is what really sets this place apart from your typical hotel experience. You get a proper kitchen — not some sad mini-fridge situation — which means you can actually cook if you want to. The space feels like someone’s well-appointed home rather than a sterile hotel room, and there’s enough storage that you can properly unpack instead of living out of a suitcase. The furnishings strike that perfect balance between stylish and comfortable.
Daily Life & Amenities
What I didn’t expect was how much I’d appreciate the little details. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere in the apartment, the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s this nice terrace space where you can have your morning coffee. Parking can be arranged if you’re driving, though honestly, in Milan you’re better off without a car. The staff isn’t hovering around like in a traditional hotel, but when you need something, they’re responsive and helpful.
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it gives you the best of both worlds — professional hospitality standards without feeling like you’re staying in a corporate box. The 9.4 rating makes perfect sense when you experience how everything just… functions properly. You can cook a simple dinner, spread out your stuff, and feel like you have a temporary home base in Milan rather than just a place to sleep. It’s especially perfect if you’re staying more than a few nights and want to settle in rather than constantly pack and repack.
Apartments in Milan suit families with balcony windows, full kitchens, and sunset strolls through Sempione Park gardens.

Reviews of Parco Vittadini Apartment
good place – Ram from Israel – 20 September 2025 (9/10)
The apartment is very big, with spacious rooms and plenty of space overall. The facilities are good, and the kitchen is well equipped. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, especially for a family or group stay.
What could be improved: We experienced a few issues: there were missing blankets, and one towel was missing, which meant not everyone had a clean one. We also didn’t know how to properly lock the apartment, and there was no safe available. In addition, we noticed mold in the shower, which needs to be addressed.Very clean and well kept apartment in a quiet safe neighborhood. – Kimberlee from United States – 23 July 2025 (10/10)

Everything! Beautiful apartment with very helpful and lovely hosts! Would highly recommend
What could be improved: Nothing – it was lovely! Only tiny thing to note if you’re planning to bring a baby is that whilst they have a cot available, just bring your own bedding as this is not provided but it was no issue for us as there was plenty of room including the sofa bed which was very comfortable!Exceptional – Keith from Ireland – 18 June 2025 (10/10)
Everything was great, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The location is really good, loads of restaurants and close to public transport and a nice park. The staff were always on hand if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again
