  Nice, cozy apartment with everything you need. The self check-in process was smooth and well described beforehand.
  
  What could be improved: The location. The apartment is situated right next to a railway track so it's never quiet. Lots of noice from everywhere. The neighborhood is also not the cleanest nor most comfortable.

• The house is very clean and comfortable. The house was a little far from the center. You need to take the metro + bus to – Süleyman from Portugal – 10 April 2025 (7/10)

  What could be improved: The location of the house is not close to the center. It is about 3-4 km away. In addition, the house is located in an area where refugees live densely. It is not a suitable area for women who will stay alone. Especially women who will stay should pay attention to this.

  What could be improved: Communication – really slow and inconsistent; we had to ask 4 times to make sure bedding for sofa bed was provided before getting a response, as most are automated.
  Sofa bed – more spring than bed
  Temperature – Only 1 fan was provided and there's no aircon so tried sleeping with windows open, but the unit is literally next to the rail lines; sleeping was horrendous
  Fridge door didn't shut properly
  Washing machine button was broken and solution we were told was to 'stick something in the hole to turn it on'
  The area itself is questionable to say the least; probably not too many people would feel comfortable walking at night

  What could be improved: So first of all we received instructions saying that to open the building door I need to call a number and i mentioned that I don't have international line to call numbers even if no one will pick up still I can't make the call. So I bought a line just to get the keys to the building and the staff were not supportive on this to an extent that they didn't reply when I asked for an alternative. 2nd after getting to the apartment we found out that it was not cleaned after the last person who visited like in the pictures, towels on the floor, dirty cups and plates, bed not clean..etc, the only good thing is that they gave us an alternative place to stay in but till we fixed the issue we arrived at 9:00 pm and they were not even smart enough to compensate us with late check out or anything. The worst experience I had in Europe so far
