  What could be improved: The lights were slightly complicated in the room, but honestly not too bad once you figured it out. The scrambled eggs resembled more a soup than scrambled eggs. But the excellent breakfast and great staff made up for it…but look into it…please.

  The room is very nice and clean and has modern and simple style, the reception was very friendly and pleased although we arrived at night. Everything in the fridge was free, they upgraded our room and this was truly appreciated since we needed a crib for our baby so the space made a difference to us.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that we didn’t like is that they asked if we want to tip the staff although we just arrived and still checking in in the reception.

  The hotel was a modern style and 9 minutes a wake from the central station (Train) and the metro station as well
  the area was quiet, and you can find anything you want nearby (supermarket-restaurant-caffe-gas station)
  
  What could be improved: we must use the metro for 15 minutes to reach the duomo as it will take us more time with Uber
  
  So if you want yo be near the city center this hotel will not be the best place.
  
  The bed cover was heavy, so I recommend for the hotel to consider an evaluation and chang the materials.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, especially Davide, was amazing — he was incredibly warm, friendly, and responsible. From check-in to check-out, Davide made me feel very welcome and taken care of. His kindness and professionalism truly made my stay even better.
  
  The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting — and special thanks again to Davide for his exceptional service!
