  What could be improved: Everything seemed fine on check-in—the room was new and fully equipped. But the power went out right after we boiled water. We called the property, no answer; the downstairs staff helped check the basement, and it took much effort to restore power. However, it cut out again 10 minutes later. After repeated communication, power came back, but we were told the problem couldn’t be fixed.
  We used electricity anxiously that evening, and the power failed again. We asked for a room change, but the property only offered a full refund and told us we could find another hotel ourselves. We packed and checked into another hotel after 10 PM. The property claimed it wasn’t their fault, the full refund was a "favor"—no other compensation was given. But our trip was severely disrupted—it was a terrible experience.
