  What could be improved: The balcony door could not be closed, although I suppose this is a known fact since we found it open upon our arrival. Every night we could hear the noise from outside. The insect net at the closed door is also redundant if the door not having it is constanly open.
  
  In the last evening and morning, the water from the shower was intermittently cold.
  
  In the last night, our interphone rang multiple times between 2:00-5:15 AM. You can imagine how scary can be for a group of girls to have that. At some point we were thinking we should call the police, but then we figured there might be an issue with the system opening the building door, that maybe our apartment number is in the building door opening code; there were also voices in the hall afterwards, so maybe the people going back to their apartments. Anyhow, this was our last night here and we barely sleped. We had the last vacation day, a flight and a road ahead of us and we were exhausted.
  
  Given the circumstances, we considered it fair to ask for a refund for the last night, but we got no response on our complaints or on the refund request.

  There is a tram station right in front of the building that leads you to near Duomo square. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. There is a big market next to the building.
  
  What could be improved: The place was dirty. The bathroom is very bad. We couldn’t take a proper shower because there is a problem with the water supply. Hot water turns into ice one and then becomes too hot. Also, expect flooding because there are no shower cabins or curtains. There were no sponges for washing the dishes and no detergent (there was residue from the previous user in the bottle). There were also no tablets for the dishwasher.
