There’s a fantastic little bakery just two blocks down that does these incredible cornetti, and the whole area feels like you’re staying in a friend’s neighborhood rather than a hotel district. The M3 metro line is practically at your doorstep, which means you’re maybe fifteen minutes from the Duomo, but the evening quiet here is something you just don’t get in the city center.

The Space Itself

These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — they’re proper apartments with personality. My apartment had this gorgeous original hardwood flooring and windows that actually opened wide (you know how rare that is these days). The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped — I mean, you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to, not just reheat leftovers. The living area felt spacious without being cavernous, and there was this lovely little reading nook by the window where I’d sit with my morning coffee, watching the neighborhood come alive.

Practical Matters

Here’s what actually matters: the Wi-Fi works everywhere, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and the shower has proper water pressure. The building has this old-school European charm — thick walls mean you won’t hear your neighbors, and the courtyard gives you a peaceful spot to decompress. Parking can be arranged if you’re driving, though honestly, in this part of Milan, you’re better off using public transport. The staff isn’t hovering around like in a traditional hotel, but when you need something, they’re genuinely helpful and seem to actually know the area well.

  Thank you for your hospitality. The apartment was wonderfully central with just a 20 minute stroll to Duomo Square.
  
  The apartment was clean and spacious but the shower area could do we an extensive clean. There what looks like mould within the shower area ,shower door and on the ceiling above. There are cracks on the bathroom floor too.
  
  Also it would be hugely beneficial if a bath sheet was provided along with the current towels, especially for the ladies who wish to wash and dry towel their hair.
  
  Also another observation – if check out could be slightly later by one hour or even 2, that could be beneficial to your clients. You will find most will leave early anyway for flights but to have option it would be great.
  
  Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend your apartment.

  The apartment was very pleasant in terms of look and comfort, especially for two people. The location is very convenient, with metro station, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants in the vicinity. Still, the place was very quiet. The owner was very responsive and helped immediately with a little problem in accessing the key box. The kitchen is a bit small, but has all the necessary equipment to prepare simple meals. We appreciated very much the fact that essential ingredients for cooking, such es salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc were available. Al in all, we can recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Milano.
