Here’s something I appreciated — the Porta Venezia metro stop is literally a few minutes’ walk away, putting you on the green line that connects to most places you’ll actually want to visit. You can reach the Duomo in about 15 minutes, and Brera is just a couple stops away. I mean, you could walk to the fashion quadrilateral if you’re feeling ambitious, though it’s a bit of a trek with shopping bags.

  They let us drop our bags early and were responsive via chat. They also offered to come and make up the sofa bed last minute.
  
  What could be improved: We dropped our bags at 2:30. At this point we noticed that the apartment has not been cleaned since the last guests. They assured us it would be ready by 3, and it was, but we found it alarming their cleaning process is so short they were able to turn it around in less than 30 minutes. To this point- it wasn’t very clean. A lot of dust and dirt in the cupboards and on the floor. All the glasses had to be washed before using. We also had asked for the sofa bed to be made up, however it wasn’t and there wasn’t a single spare linen or blanket anywhere. It is also extremely small and in need of renovation. I would pay a little extra to stay elsewhere. Cleanliness is incredibly important to me, and I find it hard to be comfortable somewhere if it is dirty.
