This three-star apartment genuinely lives up to its “cozy” name, though it’s more spacious than you’d expect from the photos. The room layout actually works really well — there’s a proper separation between the sleeping area and the little sitting space, which I appreciated after long days wandering around the city. The kitchenette is compact but functional, and I mean, having your own coffee setup in Milan just feels right.

Location Magic

You know what struck me most? You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Quadrilatero della Moda — that’s Milan’s golden rectangle of high-end shopping. But here’s the thing locals know: Via Sant’Andrea itself is lined with some incredible boutiques that tourists often miss because they’re beelining to Via Montenapoleone. I stumbled across this amazing leather goods shop right downstairs that I never would’ve found otherwise.

Daily Life Here

Mornings were my favorite time at Sant’Andrea cozy apartment. I’d grab espresso from the bar around the corner (the one with the red awning — trust me on this), then wander over to Brera for breakfast. The neighborhood wakes up slowly, which gives you this insider’s glimpse of Milan before the shopping crowds arrive. There’s something special about having your own key to a door on one of these historic streets.

  What could be improved: It was not extremely clean, the bathroom had lot of dust and it was not as clean as I think it should have been
  I was aware it was a Maisonette but the upstairs where the bad is was a bit too low ceiling and there was just a matress on the floor no bed frame

  I like the location of ithe apartment. Close to high in stores, restaurants and museum, etc. Also, it’s in the the last apartment in corner of the complex so that makes it favorable because there’s not much noise. It’s very quiet.
  It’s pretty nice. & Very spacious. Three people could easily stay there to win the upstairs bed and one the sofa in the living room.
  
  What could be improved: They do have a plumbing issue because the day before checked out on 18 February 2025 I couldn’t use the toilet or the shower after I shower. The toilet & shower overfloaded. I did not put any wipes inside the toilet I would put it in the trash can. Therefore, they have some plumbing issue that needs to be taking care of. Also, they have a stove, but no pots to warm up some water or warm up food or cook if one wanted to. I’ had to use coffee maker to warm up some water ibecause the pot that they have to warm up water the extension does not reach the counter of the kitchen so you can’t use it. They need to put an extension in that hot water pot so one is able to use it.

  It’s located in the heart of Quadrilaterro della Moda! Close to everything Milano has to offer. Left some cash after we checkout out of carelessness and thumbs up to the staff for safekeeping it until a friend collected it. Very much appreciated for the honesty! 🙂 I’d definitely stay again in this location.

  Very good localisation, good price for accommodation in Milan.
  
  What could be improved: Flat was dirty and there was fungus on the ceiling, the walls were very dirty and there were a lot of cobwebs. For me it was not a problem because we were just sleeping there.

  I liked how everything was in one space, and there was a fridge, kitchenette with cutlery/cups/glasses/cookware and a kettle etc
  
  What could be improved: the air conditioner targets only one area, so one bed area is very warm while the other bed area is very cold. also, very unhappy to be woken up at 5:30am on our last day as we could hear the cleaner in the next apartment over. walls are very thin and we could hear her doing the dishes and hoovering and moving things around, this would be fine but 5:30am is not acceptable.
