The Room Experience

The room I stayed in had these gorgeous high ceilings and original hardwood floors that creaked just enough to remind you you’re in a historic building. What struck me most was the attention to detail — the lighting actually works for reading, the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough space to unpack without living out of your suitcase. The soundproofing is surprisingly good too, which matters when you’re in the center of a busy city.

There isn’t a full restaurant on-site, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. You’re surrounded by incredible local spots — there’s this tiny family-run trattoria around the corner that serves the best osso buco I’ve had outside someone’s nonna’s kitchen. The hotel staff actually knows their neighborhood and will point you toward places where locals eat, not just the obvious tourist traps. The four-star service feels more personal than corporate, if that makes sense.

  Where do I start 💛 Absolutely gorgeous, so beautiful, modern and yet comfortable! We love everything about it! Perfect location, close to everything, 5 min walk to the Metro, which was very important to us. Serena provided us with very detailed info on how to check in , and other helpful info about the home, thank you ☺️Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up for the early flight. There is not much to say, the apartment is just perfect!
