  This place is very spacious indeed, which is perfect if you're travelling in a group of six and want plenty of room. It's around a 15–20 minute walk from the central station, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and a metro station nearby. The metro will take you to the Duomo in 10 minutes. The apartment also has a small lift, which is quite convenient if you have a physical impairment.

  What could be improved: The apartment overall looked clean, which we appreciated, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable.
  Out of the six pillows provided, three had an unpleasant smell, and most of the towels also had a bad moisture odor, which was disappointing but luckily we had our own towels.
  
  The booking description was misleading — it stated that the apartment had two bathrooms, but only after we completed the reservation were we told that the second bathroom was only available for an extra charge and had to be requested. This should have been made clear upfront.
  
  Check-out was another issue — although it was stated to be at 11am, someone came knocking on our door right at that time, which felt a bit rushed and intrusive.
  
  One of the biggest red flags was that the owner requested payment outside of the Booking.com platform. I’ve used Booking.com for years and never encountered this before, so we initially thought it was a scam. We contacted Booking.com’s support and they confirmed it was legitimate, but the process still felt uncomfortable and not very professional.
  
  Additionally, the owner was not particularly friendly and insisted on seeing our passports even before we stepped inside the property, which came off as unwelcoming.

  The metro station is just nearby and is easily accessible. In front of the apartment, there are 2 supermarkets where we could conveniently obtain our necessity.
  
  What could be improved: It is a bit of challenge in locking the apartment. There is no door in the shower area to block the water slipping. Need to take turn to shower as the hot water tank is insufficient for 4 of us.

  We had the pleasure of renting this apartment and would like to share our experience. It was a great choice for our stay, and we can definitely recommend it. The communication with the landlord was excellent—friendly and quick to respond.

  The location was excellent—close to a metro station and easily accessible. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
  
  Apartment:
  The apartment itself was spacious, with two large bedrooms and a living room with a small kitchen. It was well-equipped and comfortable. However, the sofa bed in the living room is not suitable for sleeping at all. Therefore, for us, this is an apartment for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment has poor acoustic insulation, or the people in the building are not the quietest. 🙂 There is quite a lot of noise, which can be very disturbing, especially early in the morning.
  
  Hygiene:
  When it comes to hygiene, we weren’t entirely satisfied. The sheets and blankets were quite old and didn’t look very clean; they seemed to have been used for years. Additionally, the apartment wasn’t vacuumed properly, which was noticeable. When we decided to vacuum ourselves, we found that the vacuum cleaner barely worked. This seems to be an issue for the cleaner, who couldn’t do their job properly.
  
  Kitchen and Ventilation:
  The kitchen is very small, making it quite difficult to cook. There also seems to be a problem with the ventilation in the apartment, which makes the kitchen experience less than ideal.
  
  Tip for the Landlord:
  A few suggestions for improvement: check the ventilation in the apartment, buy a new sofa, a new vacuum cleaner, and replace the old sheets, blankets, and towels. With these improvements, the apartment would definitely deserve a 10! 🙂

  Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone spending a few days in Milan.
