  Lage ist nicht schlecht. Sehr ruhig, schöner Innenhof. Supermarkt an der einen Ecke, Kaffeehaus an der anderen Ecke.
  Die zwei Bäder sind zentral getrennt begehbar.
  Küchenausstattung mit allem was man braucht.
  
  What could be improved: Beschreibung und ins Gebäue kommen etwas umständlich.
  Ins Apartment kommen mit dem Zylinder und App ebenfalls. Anfangs geklappt, dann wurde beim Verlassen das AP nicht mehr verriegelt. Internet erforderlich!
  Die beschriebene Zugangskarte im Inneren der Wohnung war nicht da.
  Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer ist zum Schlafen vor allem für 2 Personen absolut ungeignet. In der Mitte eine Mulde und bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung kracht und knarrt es!

  Spazioso, camere grandi, bel salone, cucina ampia, vicino metro, due bagni.
  
  What could be improved: Non c'era acqua da bere, niente macchinetta per il caffè con cialde (oramai dappertutto), ne una bustina di zucchero, nulla di nulla. L'aria condizionata nelle camere da letto in teoria era funzionante, in realtà non esce aria fresca, e il caldo era notevole. Stato delle stoviglie meglio lasciar perdere. L'apertura della porta di accesso alle scale è comandata dal citofono dentro l'appartamento collegato all'wifi, è saltato il magnetotermico per cui a mezzanotte la porta non si apriva, per fortuna che stavano uscendo dei condomini…..la proprietà mi dice che bastava chiamare loro, ma a mezzanotte non è il massimo.
