The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly, not just for show.

What really sold me on this place was discovering the local food scene. There’s this family-run restaurant about three blocks away where the nonna still makes fresh pasta every morning — the kind of place you’d never find without staying in this neighborhood. The morning cornetto from the café downstairs became part of my daily routine, and watching the locals grab their espresso and chat about football felt like getting a glimpse into real Milan life.

  The location was perfect, super well connected with the city center. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops and tabacchi are close by. The flat was big, the rooms spacious and well furnished; the bathroom was the best! Big and comfy. Hair-dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, mirror and Wi-Fi are present in the flat. You also have access to detergents, a mop and a broom. The communication with the host was very good. Entering the facility with the code and the lock was really easy.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned well, the flat was pretty dusty and the kettle wasn’t cleaned in ages, and we wanted to use that but couldn’t. The fridge was full of ice. However, it was offered by the host to send someone to clean again, and to postpone the check out time, but we didn’t need it. The shower door doesn’t close all the way, so be careful not to wet the floor!

  Der Austausch mit Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Die Lage der Unterkunft Nahe der Straßenbahn war sehr gut.

  Lo cómodo de las camas, cuarto y baño muy amplios, excelente que tiene aires acondicionados y televisores en el cuarto y la sala.
  Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar.
  
  What could be improved: Es un edificio antiguo y lamentablemente no tiene ascensor, es difícil cuando llevas con coche de bebé, es agotador subir y bajar 3 pisos con tanto peso.
  Adicionalmente algo que no me gustó que habían demasiado zancudos, lamentablemente les realizaron picadas al bebé.

  What could be improved: The apartment is located on the third floor, with steep stairs. This information is rarely highlighted in the reservation. We had two elderly guests, and they had difficulty accessing it. It should be highlighted so that guests are prepared. The cleaning standards were very low: the apartment was dirty, with surfaces, closets, and light fixtures covered in dust. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were only 1/4 full (it is not the guest's responsibility to fill them). There was a coffee maker, but no capsules. It is not the guest's responsibility to provide these capsules. There was also no tea, no toaster, and no microwave. Unfortunately, the kitchen didn't work. Additionally, mosquito repellent is required; the area is prone to mosquito infestations at night, and we could barely sleep. The apartment needs to be completely disinfected and fumigated..

  Close to public transportation (bus and tram). Just 2 mins away. The owner (Matteo) makes sure we are comfortable and took the time to keep us updated if we need anything. Check-in was quick and easy. Newly refurbished and very clean and tidy.
  
  What could be improved: No lift, so if you got big luggages, it’s not easy carrying them to the top floor. We also got problem with mosquitoes. Apparently whenever we leave the unit in the morning with open windows so as to make sure fresh air comes in, the moment we arrived on the unit there’s a lot of mosquitoes flying inside and when we wake up next morning we have lots of mosquito bites on our faces, arms and legs. 😅 but other than this, the appartment is great! Would be helpful as well if there would be a microwave to heat food.
