Here’s the thing about staying in Fiera Milano – City Life: it’s not the historic center, but it’s actually become one of Milan’s most interesting neighborhoods. You’re literally surrounded by some of the city’s newest skyscrapers (the Bosco Verticale is practically next door), and the metro connections are fantastic. I mean, you can be in Duomo in about 15 minutes on the M5 line, which runs right from Tre Torri station just a few blocks away.

The Suite Experience

Every room here is actually a suite, which explains the name — and trust me, it makes a difference. The separate living area gives you space to spread out, something you’ll appreciate if you’re here on business or just want to feel less cramped after long days exploring the city. The kitchenette setup is more functional than I expected, with a proper fridge and everything you need for light meals. The design feels modern without being cold, sort of that Italian approach where style meets actual comfort.

Neighborhood Perks

What surprised me most was how much life this area has developed. There’s a decent restaurant scene emerging around here, and CityLife Shopping District is basically on your doorstep — useful for everything from groceries to designer shopping. The whole area feels like Milan’s answer to a modern urban village, if that makes sense. Plus, parking is way easier here than in the old city, which matters if you’re driving.

  The location was perfect for my needs. The bathroom was updated and comfortable. The shower water pressure was perfect and getting warm water quickly was much appreciated. The instruction videos on how to get the keys and to get to the apartment was awesome.

  The location is excellent, with two metro stations nearby—both on the M1 line—making transportation very convenient. The neighborhood feels safe and local, with everything you might need within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, and pleasant walking routes. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped, with essentials like a coffee machine, microwave, and basic kitchenware, which made daily living very easy and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The key handover process could be simplified, especially considering international travelers who rely on email communication. Additionally, the pricing during Design Week was extremely high — the rate seemed to be more than five times the usual price, which felt quite excessive.

  It was nice cozy place near Metro station and lots of caffe. The apartment owner gave to us detailed instructions and we found nice bonus inside fridge:)

  The location is really good close to Metro and only 3 stops to Cadorna where we took the train to the airport. I liked the bathroom, onlything was that the hot water didn´t have a strong waterpressure
