  It was totally a different apartment than on the picture. No balcony, no fresh air. I’ve chosen this facility just because of the balcony.

  The apartment needs an upgrade and better cleaning including bathroom and kitchen.
  The bed is not for sleeping. Materace is over-used and has to be replaced, covered with plastic and just a thin linen on the top. This is disaster to sleep.
  
  The kitchen is another thing. I haven’t expected to pay for something like that.
  
  The bathroom is full of aunts. We were bitten everywhere during sleep.

  It was quiet, and warm it had a nice balcony. the main bedroom is nice and big, the single bedroom like wise, Sofa Bed is 100% Great.
  
  What could be improved: There are a few items which need to be fixed Cooker door, the wiring is cluttered in the kitchen area, and there is an issue with the front door. The lights in/over the sitting room don't work. Only the side lights work in the main bedroom.

  Entrambi gli appartamenti denotano un ottimo gusto nell'arredo ed una distribuzione degli spazi estremamente efficiente. La cucina, anche se piccola era dotata di bollitore, caffettiera, fornetto e persino una mini lavatrice (anche se non abbiamo usato quasi nulla). I bagni erano piuttosto spaziosi, anche se la doccia non era molto grande.
  Punto a favore anche l'estrema facilità nel reperire le chiavi, o meglio entrare in casa tramite il link inviatoci dalla struttura.
  
  What could be improved: Non è stato piacevole il non riuscire ad aprire le finestre nell'appartamento 1. C'era l'aria condizionata, ma non il ricambio di aria.. solo quella del bagno che dava su uno spazio angusto era apribile. Inoltre, a parte un po' di polvere, c'erano molte formiche.
