The room I stayed in was… well, compact but thoughtfully designed. They’ve clearly put effort into making the most of limited space — built-in storage, decent lighting, and surprisingly comfortable bedding for a mid-range place. The bathroom was actually bigger than I expected, though the shower pressure could use some work. I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but it felt clean and functional, which is really what you want when you’re spending most of your time exploring the city anyway.

Practical Considerations

There’s no on-site restaurant, but honestly, that’s not a dealbreaker in Navigli — you’ve got incredible dining options within a five-minute walk in any direction. The staff was genuinely helpful with recommendations, and they actually knew the neighborhood well instead of just pointing you toward tourist traps. Parking is… well, it’s Milan, so good luck with that. But the metro connections are solid, and you can walk to the Duomo in about twenty minutes if you’re feeling ambitious.

  Buena ubicación y cerca de transporte público. Hay tienda, cafetería y restaurantes cerca. Piso muy grande con 4 habitación y 3 baños completos, muy bueno para un grupo. Fácil auto acceso al piso con las instrucciones que te mandan.
  
  What could be improved: Faltaba limpieza, la ducha de la habitación que yo usé, no la habían limpiado y la limpié yo. En la cocina había un trapo sucio y con pelos en un bote. Estaba claro que eso no tenía que estar allí y nose porque no se había retirado. También había una cafetera italiana que tenía moho dentro. Son detalles que te hacen preguntar cuanto han limpiado y cuanto no.
  Por otro lado, para ducharse se pasaba un mal rato ya que el agua caliente iba y venía a cada rato. Una de las duchas si que parecía funcionar bien pero las otras 2 no. En noviembre no es muy agradable pasar frío en la ducha.

  What could be improved: The cleanliness of the apartment was not great. In one of the drawers the was hair with a pair of glasses.
  Also, when we arrived it was freezing cold which took some time to fix.

  The location is nice. Lots of restaurants and grocery shops are nearby.
  Check out is at 10.00. But we requested the cleaning person 11.00 which she allowed.
  
  What could be improved: We requested additional blankets which they did not provide. Instead they asked us to increase the heat on the heaters. The towels were old and not in good condition. The cleaning of the apartment could have been better. There was a lot of lint around the sofas. There was no dryer to dry the clothes and clothes stand was missing.

  Location was great for train, walking into town and to local restaurants/night life. Lots of space and all of the space we could need.
  
  What could be improved: Bit noisy people walking around on floor above, no shower mats for the floor, shower power not great and water did not drain away. Would have been nice to have been left information about the area/maps etc.

  Spacious, nice decor. Close to metro stations and grocery store next door.
  
  What could be improved: The plug sockets were too small – only one of our plugs fitted the sockets in the wall – this was highly inconvenient considering there were 6 of us which each had multiple devices requiring charging. The plugs provided by the accommodation also did not fit into any of the sockets.
  
  The water pressure in the showers was low and the temperature of the water would vary between hot and cold. The water also gathered at the bottom of the shower tray and would even leak out of the shower.
  
  The light in one of the bedrooms did not work and there was only one functioning table lamp in this room which provided a dim light-insufficient for a comfortable stay.
  
  The WiFi provided did not reach 2 out of the 3 bedrooms.

• Spacious apartment with everything you might need when travelling in a nice neighborhood – Egle from Lithuania – 25 June 2024 (9/10)

  The apartment is spacious and looks just like in photos. Very close to a tram station and not too far away from the metro station for traveling to Milano central train station or airport. There is a small grocery store and a great gelateria for icec ream and tiramisu downstairs. The neighbourhood is guiet with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
  
  What could be improved: We would have loved to have a spare set of keys. 1 set of keys was an issue for a company of 7. On the other hand, this was a minor issue as we could have used the key box just accross the street if there was no other way.
