The Space

The room itself is… well, tiny, just like they promised. But here’s the thing — it’s efficiently designed with everything you actually need. There’s a small kitchenette with a decent coffee machine (essential in Italy), and the bed is surprisingly comfortable for such a compact space. The bathroom is functional, though you’ll need to get creative with your luggage storage. I actually appreciated how clean and organized everything was.

What Works (And What Doesn’t)

This four-star rating feels about right for what you get — it’s not luxurious, but it delivers on the basics really well. The Wi-Fi is reliable, the air conditioning works (crucial in summer), and there’s decent soundproofing considering you’re near a major train station. The building has parking available, though you’ll pay extra for it, which is pretty standard for Milan. What doesn’t work so well is the size — if you’re traveling with more than a small carry-on, you’ll feel cramped.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t the place for a romantic getaway or a fancy Milan experience. But if you need somewhere clean, safe, and incredibly well-connected for a reasonable price, it’s actually perfect. I’ve stayed here twice now when catching early flights from Malpensa — the train connections make it so much easier than staying in the city center and having to trek across town with luggage. The 7.7 rating makes sense because it does exactly what it promises, nothing more, nothing less.

  The location is convenient if you’re planning to travel to different places from Milan. It’s about an 8–10 minute walk from the central area, and there’s a shop and several restaurants nearby. The check-in process was very easy, and the host was always available.
  
  What could be improved: The house was not clean right at the entrance there was a broom on the floor, and there was trash in every corner of the room. The cleaning fee was refunded 5–7 days later after we communicated with the host.If you plan to use the dishes there, be aware they’re not very clean, and you’ll need to buy your own cleaning supplies. Instead of a proper bed, there was a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient to sleep on at night.

  The property is really great value for money. It has a great location, close to Milano Centrale train station. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is modern and has some Milanese touch which we loved. Perfect for a couple. Would love to visit it again!
