Trendy Loft Escape Corso Como Overview
First Impressions
Trendy Loft Escape Corso Como sits right on one of Milan‘s most famous fashion streets, and honestly, the location pretty much tells you everything you need to know about this place. It’s a three-star property that knows exactly what it is — no pretense, just a solid base in the heart of the city’s coolest neighborhood. The building itself has that industrial-chic vibe you’d expect from a loft-style hotel, though don’t go in expecting anything too polished.
The Neighborhood Scene
You’re literally steps away from Corso Como’s legendary nightlife and shopping scene, which means you can stumble back to your room after exploring the area’s bars and boutiques. The Porta Nuova district is where Milan’s been reinventing itself — you’ve got those gleaming skyscrapers mixed with converted warehouses, and it all feels pretty dynamic. Garibaldi station is super close, so getting around the city is actually painless, and you can catch trains to other parts of Italy without much hassle.
What You’re Getting
The rooms lean into that loft aesthetic with exposed elements and modern touches, though at this price point, don’t expect miracles in terms of space or luxury finishes. I mean, it’s Milan — even basic accommodations cost more here than they should. The apartment-style units work well if you’re planning to spend most of your time out and about, which you probably should be anyway. Some units come with a kitchenette, which is handy for morning coffee or storing those expensive Italian groceries you’ll inevitably buy.
The Reality Check
Look, with a 7.1 rating, this isn’t going to be anyone’s dream hotel experience, but it serves its purpose well enough. The service is pretty straightforward — no fancy concierge magic happening here, but the staff generally knows the area and can point you toward decent spots for dinner. Parking in this part of Milan is, well, forget about it unless you enjoy paying premium rates, so plan accordingly if you’re driving.
Why Guests Choose It
What this place really offers is access — you’re in the thick of Milan’s most vibrant district without paying five-star prices. The Brera district is walkable from here, the Duomo is a quick metro ride away, and you’re surrounded by some of the city’s better restaurant options. It’s the kind of spot that works if you view your hotel as a launching pad rather than a destination itself, which honestly makes sense when you’re staying in a city this rich with things to see and do.

Reviews of Trendy Loft Escape Corso Como
Great for a city break with bestie – Edyta from Poland – 15 October 2025 (8/10)
We really enjoyed our stay. I mean the ceilings are low but not everywhere, plus it is clearly stated in the description. Studio is nicely decorated, we had everything we needed (and coffee!). Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Eataly, the 'forest building' (sorry, I forgot what it's called) a very short walk away. It's difficult to be bored there.
What could be improved: The only negative thing I can think of is the noise. We did not realize how busy the street gets in the evenings and how late the parties end. I feel lame writing that, I'm barely over 30, I swear! Anyways, there are quite a few clubs in the area, I think one even right next door. But to be fair, we were there for a weekend (I assume it's not like that every day?) and we did not go to Italy to sleep anyways. Nothing majorBeautiful experience in a loft – Niki from Singapore – 28 June 2025 (10/10)
Beautiful place at a convenient area.
10mins walk from train station.
The apartment is a loft on the highest floor with lots of lights in from the roof, making it a bright and beautiful space.
It has a fully functional kitchen, stove and microwave oven. Very comfortable bed. Toilet abit small but very cute. We didn't try the washing machine.
Comfortable space overall,
Love everything and will definitely recommend.
What could be improved: The staircase from the lift to the door – you need to go down and then up the stairs (around 6 steps each). Although it's only 6 steps down and up, but our luggages are big and heavy so it's not fun.
Do note this is also not convenient for people with mobility issues (no wheelchair access).Amazing apartment, great staff – really recommend – May from Israel – 23 June 2025 (8/10)
Looking exactly like the photos, excellent location, very clean and cozy, very cooperative staff
What could be improved: It's on the 4th floor – there's an elevator but when you get out of it you still have 8 more stairs just to get to the apartment door (we had 2 large luggages)
When we got inside a wave of heat hit our faces, it's a rooftop studio so the weather outside really effects the inside. The AC was barely working so we asked the hostmate team for a fan – 2 days later they brought us the most luxurious fan they had and from that point on it was the best apartment we could get🙏🏼
P.s – the whole apartment is basically for short people. I'm 5'1 and unfortunately bumped my head on the wooden part right above the bed a couple of times so if you're really tall you might want to take that into consideration.Superb – Samantha from United Kingdom – 3 May 2025 (9/10)
Very big space, good facilities, exactly what we expected. The location was good at right by the train station. Very happy with our stay! The staff were lovely, very helpful and quickly reachable.
Disappointing – Petra from United Kingdom – 11 April 2025 (4/10)
What could be improved: No hot water, shower not strong, you can’t stand up in the bathroom
great place but not worth being charged twice – Anthony from France – 3 March 2025 (8/10)
What could be improved: i got charged twice for the room trying to get my money back now. Hostmate told me to pay for city tax but charged me 294.60…Not cool not cool at all
It is a very noisy place – Paula from Spain – 27 January 2025 (6/10)
the location
What could be improved: the noiseVery good – Bojan from North Macedonia – 20 July 2024 (8/10)
Vikey app
What could be improved: The hight of the ceiling in some parts of the Loft can not be used by tall people (higher then 1.65)Good – Simone from Australia – 9 June 2024 (7/10)
Great location, very neat, nice character
What could be improved: To access the apartment, you need access to internet as it is by a central website to open the external gate, internal gqte, and apartment door. This was a bit of a hassle for us. To their credit the staff were responsive and found a solution by the next day.
Ceilings low – might be hard if you’re tall but was fine for usGood – Σαμαράς from Greece – 20 March 2024 (7/10)
What could be improved: No extra bed sheets and blanket.
