UNA Hotels Century Milano Overview

First Impressions

Walking into UNA Hotels Century Milano, you immediately sense this isn’t your typical business hotel — even though it’s planted right in the heart of Milan’s busiest district. The lobby has this sleek, contemporary Italian vibe that feels polished without being cold, and honestly, after dragging luggage through Stazione Centrale, that welcoming atmosphere hits just right. This four-star property manages to strike that sweet spot between professional efficiency and genuine warmth.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about the location — you’re literally steps from Milano Centrale, which sounds chaotic but actually works brilliantly. Sure, there’s urban energy buzzing around, but once you’re inside, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The metro connections are fantastic (you know how Milan’s public transport can be a game-changer), and getting to the fashion district or business areas is incredibly straightforward. Plus, if you’re catching early flights or trains, well, you can’t beat the proximity.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in had that modern Italian design sensibility — clean lines, quality materials, but not trying too hard to impress. What actually impressed me was the attention to practical details: USB ports where you need them, blackout curtains that work properly, and a bathroom with decent water pressure. The beds are genuinely comfortable, and the soundproofing is better than you’d expect given the busy location outside.

Dining & Amenities

The restaurant serves solid Italian fare — not groundbreaking, but reliable and well-executed. Breakfast has good variety, including proper Italian coffee that doesn’t taste like hotel coffee, if you know what I mean. There’s also a fitness area that’s compact but equipped with quality machines, which I appreciated after long days of meetings or sightseeing. The spa facilities are modest but clean and relaxing — perfect for unwinding after navigating Milan’s bustling streets.

Why Guests Love It

What sets UNA Hotels Century Milano apart is how it handles the balance between location and comfort. You’re getting excellent connectivity to everything Milan offers, but the staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay smooth. The service feels authentically Italian — friendly and efficient without being overly formal. For business travelers, the meeting facilities and reliable WiFi are spot-on, while leisure guests appreciate being able to easily reach the Duomo, shopping areas, or catch trains to other Italian cities. It’s one of those places where the 8.5 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed there.

Reviews of UNA Hotels Century Milano

  • Great value for money. Looking forward to going there again. – Susan from Switzerland – 9 August 2025 (10/10)

The entire experience was a delight. Starting with asking them to deposit our bags so that we could check in later but instead getting a room immediately in the morning as they said it was ready. The personnel was exceptionally friendly. From the receptionist to the breakfast team. The room was clean, had all amenities and really spacious in comparison to other hotels we have ever been. The location just next to the main train station made life so easy and finally it was great value for all the services they offer.

  • Convenient, clean, highly recommend. – Perthpeople from Australia – 12 July 2025 (9/10)

Excellent location for our stay with easy walking access to train station (fortunately only trains to airport were not on strike when we left for the airport). Location made for easy use of convenient trams and metro to get around. Breakfast was very enjoyable, and our junior suite was spacious and extremely comfortable.

What could be improved: Shower base was a little slippery but otherwise very satisfied.

  • Excellent hotel close – Ioannis from Cyprus – 22 June 2025 (9/10)

I stayed at a Junior suite. The facility was excellent and the staff very helpful. The hotel is situated close to the central station which is something I wanted

What could be improved: Nothing to essentially complain about – the hotel could consider some more options in the breakfast
