  The apartment was close to the metro that’s about all we liked about this property.
  
  What could be improved: Trying to get into the apartment is a nightmare the instructions are wrong the number you have to ring does not work then the lock itself doesn’t match up to the instructions so you have to guess and work out how to lock the door.
  The apartment isn’t in the best of areas lots of immigrants around fighting on a night felt quite unsafe at times.
  The apartment isn’t very clean not much to offer I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s very noisy can hear everything that’s been said or done int he apartment above so if you want to sleep in stay elsewhere as they get up at 4am and don’t go to sleep till 2 in the morning.I have had to wait to give this review as it took nearly a week and some chasing to get our deposit back I was worried if I write my honest review then we wouldn’t see the deposit again.
  Overall I think for nearly £500 for 3 nights other places would be better

  Άνετοι χωροι πολυ ανετα κρεβατια, κλιματισμος σε ολο το σπιτι. Πληρως οργανωμενη κουζινα. Ησυχη οικοδομη πολυ κοντα σε δημόσιες συγκοινωνίες
  
  What could be improved: Δεν είχε ούτε μια πετσέτα στην κουζίνα, ουτε χαρτί κουζίνας ή χαρτοπετσέτες. Είχε σκουπίδια στο πάτωμα. ο κωδικός που άνοιγε την πορτα δεν λειτουργούσε, έπρεπε να τηλεφωνήσουμε για να τον ξεμπλοκάρουν .

  It is near metro station, comfortable and clean. It has everything you need for trip with the children. Especiallly liked the coffee machine.
  
  What could be improved: It was little bit cold in the evening in the apartment.

  La struttura è grande per la media di Milano, soggiorno stupendo come la cucina inoltre è a 15 minuti a piedi da San Siro e a 5 min dalla metro Lotto, quindi posizione top. Check-in automatico molto facile, per questo grazie al host che ti guida passo passo.
  Ci ritornerò sicuramente per la posizione.
  
  What could be improved: La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la cameretta con i letti a castello, molto fatiscente rispetto alle altre camere e il letto non era molto comodo, nel bagno nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare shampoo e bagnoschiuma inoltre si potrebbe dare una piccola rimodernata.

  Nothing at all. I cost more than twice than on the site. It must be a shame. It’s terrible. Total failure!!!
  
  What could be improved: Hidden fees. For example 100€ cleaning fee. We left cleaner than it was. Before entering we had to pay 43€.

  That it was clean and good comfortable place and also good location.
  
  What could be improved: We went to Italy for a few days as a little holiday. Our friend that we’re staying with came earlier than us because there flight was earlier. When they got to the place they couldn’t get in and were not able to get in contact as they didn’t have any WiFi or connection to internet. So when we tried to call flexyrent they said ‘please stop calling us it’s useless’ but we weren’t able to get to the apartment and they didn’t explain properly how to get inside the place. Also it’s so annoying to get the into the apartment, there is no keys for the apartment it’s very  time consuming to get inside the place. Overall the place is great but the service is bad the way to get inside the apartment wasn’t great. He said to stop calling, he was shouting and saying to stop calling because we were not sure how to get into the place, raising his voice not really shouting but still not great.

  Location – close to Metro station
  Equipped apartment with aircondition in all rooms
  
  What could be improved: We ordered the apartment for 2 nights
  We contacted the hosts few weeks in advance to inform that we will need a late check in, due to time of arrival by flight to Milan
  They informed us by email that there will be no problem since this is a self check in.
  We arrived to the apartment around 3.30am and the code to the apartment didn't work!!
  
  We have tried to contact the hosts with no success
  In the mean time we tried to find an alternative solution.
  The situation of family with 3 kids looking for a place to stay in Milano in the middle of the night was extremely frustrating.
  On 8.30am finally the host answered our phone call, didn't apologize, and asked us to contact booking customer service to tell them that the order is valid.

  location is great if you need/want to be close to the City Life shopping center or are heading for a game or concert at the San Siro/Hippodrome; we didn’t use the pubblic transport so can’t say how convenient it is for getting into the center
  
  What could be improved: the beds are old, they all squeek, pillows are all synthetic and not comfortable at all. You won’t be able to sleep in the morning for very long because the ceiling and walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours upstairs walking around and talking. also, being close to the road it gets noisy at night. The kitchen is equipped, there were some essentials like salt, sugar, tea…but olive oil and coffee were missing and would have been appreciated. also, on the first night they broke into our car parked on the road and stole everything left inside so be careful where you park in this neighbourhood! lastly, the owner didn’t care much about us or our misfortunes, so this was also a minus on our part.
