This three-star setup surprised me with how spacious it actually is — two proper bedrooms mean you’re not cramming everyone into one space, which makes a huge difference for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is well-equipped enough that you can cook actual meals (not just heat up instant noodles), and there’s a dining area where you can sit down like civilized people. The apartment has that lived-in comfort that makes you feel settled rather than like you’re camping out somewhere temporary.

Practical Matters

What I appreciated most was how functional everything is without trying too hard to impress. The WiFi works reliably, the shower has decent pressure, and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack your suitcase. The hosts are responsive but not hovering — they’ll help when you need it but let you do your own thing otherwise. Parking can be tricky in this area (like most of Milan), but they provide clear instructions about the best options nearby.

  -location was great, close to canals with pots of restaurants and metro station

  What could be improved: There was nothing in the kitchen exepct coffee pods and pepper?(really weird) no sugar for coffee no dishwasher pods, no washing liquid so if we used any dishes we couldnt even clean then to use again had to buy everything. I do get that apartment wont have washing pods or milk or food but I think washing liquid and sugar would be essential . Also no kitchen towels ,for 4 people for 4 days we were left 2 toilet paper rolls and even that had to buy ourselves. I would be happy to pay that 10e more for apartment but have those and dont have to worry in the morning that there is no toilet paper in the apartment or I need to go and buy sugar for coffee

  It was a unique layout. The downstairs had the kitchen and bedroom and bathroom, the upstairs had the living room and second bedroom. Unit is small but functional. Very close the the Navigli District (River Walk) area with lots of stops for appertivo’s and dinner

  I like the apartment and it was clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: I did not like the loud noises when people pass by when you are sleeping. There are a lot of drunk people and party people making too many noises. You can also hear the traffic and road.

  What could be improved: The hot water is just at washbasin at the shower the hot water doesn’t function even if let the water opened more minutes. The electricity down for two times and we don’t have acces in the neighbour building to opened it and we don’t have keys to opened 2 doors in the next building. The second time the owner doesn’t answer to us on application and mobile phone.
  The opened system from building door function just for the first time when we come. The system doesn’t open the door and always we need to wait to come someone at the building. The owner always said the system is ok.

  Place was great location and price. Bedroom ground floor was spacious.
  
  What could be improved: Lights kept going on off randomly during the night and kept waking us up 1am 2am…upstairs bedroom noisy as next to street. Aircon also randomly goes on. Didn’t sleep the best due to this.
