  What could be improved: It would be better and more convenient if the host sent the check-in codes, as well as the address/photo of the apartment entrance, in advance, because currently, you have to call to find out this information.

  Private room And bathroom in a shared occupancy apartment. Separate kitchen/dining room for use.
  Bedroom was on 1st floor, basic room with to send kettle. Bathroom on ground floor.
  Nice little courtyard, not sure if this is available for guests or residents.
  
  What could be improved: Room was basic but fine for what I needed.
  I had to call the property owner to get details on how to access the apartment which wasn’t great. With no internet I couldn’t do this via what’s app so had to make a telephone call which added to the costs. This could’ve been arranged better with a key box outside at street level.
  Other guests were noisy coming home late, talking loudly in the dining area.

  I LOVE the roller table over the bed and the ability to cast to the TV, was the first place since I had been in italy for 4 weeks I could cast streaming to a TV. The place was super secure and safe, and the shared facilities were fantastic! Super close to the metro, supermarket opposite.
  
  What could be improved: Likely the stairs, I was worried how stable they maybe and left my luggage downstairs to save worrying about weight on the stairs.

  Good for the price I paid. Check-in was easy. Beds comfortable. Air condition functioned well. Bathroom was clean. The possibility to use the kitchen.

  Apartment has a wonderful location – only 5 minutes from metro station that links directly with Duomo and Milano Centrale. Room was nice and cozy, had all we needed. Bathroom was clean. There was common kitchen, which was quite well equipped. Contact with host was great, always responding quick on Booking. The best part was definately a lovely patio in front of the apartment with tables and chairs, we fell in love with it! 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Wifi was unfortunately not working well during our stay. Front door are closing very loud, so when other guests were coming back late or going out early, it was waking us up.
