  What could be improved: apartment was disappointing…
  In the first of all, the bathroom floor is rotten from the water. When I booked this apartment, it was stated that it had a kitchen, air conditioner and a washing machine. However none of these was present. Instead of an air conditioner, there was just a fan. In fact, it was a very bad hotel room, not an apartment. there is only electric kettle, coffee machine and small refrigerator.
  apartment was not cleaned good, towel was dirty, hand soap was not poured into the jar (there was only a piece of soap), floors were dirty with a dust on it.

  What could be improved: Il pavimento del bagno è parquet! Completamente marcito e rialzato nei pressi della doccia al punto che per non inciampare bisogna fare attenzione. Tavoletta del water completamente svitata. Amenities inesistenti. Boccette di shampoo mix bagnoschiuma di scarsa qualità. L'acqua calda finisce subito, bisogna sbrigarsi a fare la doccia. La finestrella in doccia non ha nemmeno una tenda fissata ma ha un canovaccio incastrato a metà tenuto su solo quando la finestra è chiusa.
  
  Pulizia grossolana, capelli di altre persone in bagno, pessimo odore degli asciugamani, lenzuola umide e appiccicaticce. Dalle foto, la finestra darebbe su un cortile gradevole e invece si affaccia su una fila di bidoni della spazzatura maleodoranti. Impossibile aprirla e cambiare aria. Si sente ogni singolo rumore dall'esterno e di conseguenza si ha imbarazzo anche ad accendere la TV. Il bollitore pieno di calcare, chissà l'ultima volta che è stato scrostato. ll letto è concavo, i piedi sono in alto e la testa sprofonda. 
  
  Segnalato allo staff solo la scarsezza dei saponi e la rottura del pavimento e della tazza del water, si presenta una persona dello staff dal fare sbrigativo e non ospitale che molto poco professionalmente davanti a me sua cliente, si permette di rimproverare lo staff delle pulizie. La segnalazione si conclude frettolosamente, mi vengono dati dei saponi e punto. Mai più sentito nessuno per il water. Per la questione del pavimento marcito, cosa più grave di tutti, non vi è stata nessuna avvisaglia. Ho pagato prezzo pieno per lavarmi in un bagno dal pavimento marcito e probabilmente pieno di muffa. Mai più.
