  The highlite of the apartment is the location – just off the busy street with many shops and restaurants, 3min walk to metro line, it took us max 10 minutes to reach the duomo.
  The apartment was spotless clean, comfortable, perfectly working AC heating.
  Communication with the hosts was fast and reliable, which is key when doing self check in.
  
  What could be improved: A few bowls for cereal and wine glasses would improve the apartment's experience.

  The location. The lock system with the code. The condo is quiet and safe. The main street is full of shops, the double-glazed windows keep you from the street noise, on the 4th floor with a good view of the main street, the air conditioning works very well.
  
  What could be improved: The living room/entry too dark without windows. The wardrobe in the bedroom on the ground floor creaks continuously and wakes you up especially at night, maybe a good idea would be to replace it with a new and more functional one.

  What could be improved: – Had to contact the rental company for entry into the buiding. According to the online instructions, entrt was possible with an automatic gate locking system, but didnt work.
  – wrong keys for the appartement, since the door had a separate passcode lock, it still worked out.

  Very nice location, quiet neighborhood, close to a metro station. Very accurate information concerning the contactless check in (with video describing step by step the entire proces – we really apreciate it). Nice host – we had the permision to let our luggages after check out, even if it is an appartment.
  
  What could be improved: The host should take into consideration to supplement the cosmetic bath products according to the number of days to stay.

  What could be improved: it’s on the 4th floor. since they start counting ground floor as “0” it’s basically on the 5th. the elevator was not working so I have to carry all 4 luggage’s. it’s not the property’s fault though.
