  Het appartement ligt op een toplocatie, op maximaal 10-15 minuten lopen van de grote bezienswaardigheden. Naast het appartement zit erg leuke horeca met heerlijk eten en drinken en veel gezelligheid, dat geeft tot en met middernacht mogelijk wat geluidsoverlast aan de straatkant waar keuken en een van de slaapkamers liggen, maar met oordoppen is dat geen probleem.
  
  Om de eerste keer binnen te komen is internet nodig, je moet eerst op het display bij de voordeur wat intoetsen en daarna op de mobiele telefoon het icoon. Bij de deur van het appartement is je mobiel nodig om de code van het sleutelkastje op te vragen. Het slot waar de sleutel op past zit onder op de deur, dus niet het normale slot gebruiken.
  
  De slaapkamers, badkamer en woonkamer zijn goed. De keuken is redelijk. We hebben er vijf fijne dagen doorgebracht.
  
  What could be improved: Er ligt geen papieren instructie over bijvoorbeeld WIFI en gebruik keukenapparatuur. Whats-appen met het verhuurbedrijf (CleanB Milaan) ging echter overdag heel snel, er werd door een heel vriendelijk persoon binnen een minuut gereageerd op vragen. Dat was echt super.
  
  Echt heel slecht zijn de keukenstoelen, daar kun je niet goed op zitten. De leuning valt uit elkaar, de zitting is van linnen en zakt door en de stoelen zijn veel te laag t.o.v. de keukentafel. Hier moeten echt normale stoelen worden neergezet om te kunnen zitten, we hebben er de kussens van de bank opgelegd.
  
  Verder is het kozijn naar het balkon helemaal verrot waardoor een van de luiken tegen de zon niet verplaatst kan worden en worden de plantenbakken gebruikt als asbak. Haal deze weg of maak er iets moois van. Nu is het balkon niet te gebruiken, ook niet vanwege rommel.

  What could be improved: We nearly didn't get into the apartment as the key box would not open as it had been jammed, and there was only one way of contacting the host via whatsapp and they were not responding. We were only staying for one night and would not have been able to get in if we had not hit the box in frustration and managed to get it open. I was messaging the host with no reply until the following morning. When they did respond they were unhelpful and unapologetic. We were not able to contact them through booking.com as there were no open chats between the host and us. It was extremely inhospitable and we were about to book a different accommodation as I was waiting to get through to booking.com customer service on the phone. It was extremely stressful and as I was there for work it was an additional stress that I did not want.
