  This flat offered a genuine local living experience with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking. It was clean and featured high ceilings, although the space was quite compact, ideally suited for a solo traveler. The location was outstanding, surrounded by numerous restaurants and conveniently situated near the Duomo and shopping areas.
  
  What could be improved: While the apartment was more compact than expected, which wasn't a major issue for me as someone accustomed to smaller living spaces from my time in southern Italy, the experience was marred by some inconveniences. The self-check-in process initially went smoothly, but I encountered issues with the wifi being disconnected. The Easy Life team was on their way to let me in, I had to wait outside with my luggage for over 20 minutes but thankfully someone was going into the building so I got in, and got the keys and the Easy Life guy showed up and tried to fix the wifi to no avail. This was particularly disruptive since my stay was a blend of work and leisure, and reliable internet was crucial for my plans. Unfortunately, the wifi issue was only resolved the day before I left. To compensate, I had to frequent a nearby Starbucks, enduring an hour-long wait for coffee. This situation significantly cut into both my work productivity and leisure time. Communication was ok but not the fastest. I'm sure it was just an off day for them. Not enough toilet paper or toiletries so bring your own. If you are taking a regular vehicle to the area you might not be allowed in that zone without paying unless it's the weekend. I would stay her again.

  Location is great. Room more less like expected.
  Repair service was asked and were done next day.
  It is enough facilities to cook, wash, iron and quite good and big bed and coffee machine.
  I found couple tabs for washing machine what was nice to not go and buy a pack. But I think it was not provided but left from previous stayers.

  Repair service arrive without call and open door without me inside to repair.
  One of the towel was over washed with some plum that already not possible to wash, so I bought my towel to be safe.
