The Room Experience

My room was compact but thoughtfully designed — sort of like someone actually considered how real people use hotel spaces. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (Italian hotels can be hit-or-miss on this), and I loved the tall windows that let in proper daylight. The bathroom was modern and spotless, though you won’t find any fancy amenities here. What you will find is everything working exactly as it should, which honestly matters more than marble countertops.

Practical Considerations

Here’s where this place really makes sense — you’re staying somewhere that functions like a well-run guesthouse rather than a corporate hotel. The staff actually remembers your name, and they’ll give you real recommendations instead of just pointing you toward tourist traps. Parking is available if you’re driving, which isn’t always easy to find in this part of Milan. The morning coffee is proper Italian espresso, served the way locals drink it — strong and quick.

What I keep coming back to is how this place gets the basics right without any fuss. You’re not paying for a rooftop pool or a fancy spa, but you are getting clean, comfortable accommodation in a city where hotel prices can be absolutely brutal. The location works brilliantly if you’re arriving by train or need easy airport access, plus you’re close enough to walk into the historic center when you want that full Milan experience. It’s the kind of place where you actually sleep well and wake up ready to explore the city.

  The place was very cozy, the beds were comfortable and the location is great – easy to get to the center and to the train station.
  The communication with the team was great – very easy check in and check out, and the team replied promptly.
  Would recommend the place, taking in consideration that they only have a few details that could be improved.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen is fully equipped (also has a dishwasher), but I found no dish washing soap.
  The internet did not working properly 90% of the time. Maybe the location should be changed?
  For a 4 night stay, for 2 persons, we had 2 small "packs" of shampoo and one of shower gel + a soap. It was definitely not enough so we had to buy.

  Posizione favorevole, 2 min dalla fermata di metro.
  Sotto la casa ci sono tantissimi bar e restoranti.
  La casa era ben fornito, pulito.
  La chiave si ritira nell ufficcio di Italianway nella stazione centrale di Milano, faccilissimo da trovare nella mezzanina floor, per raggiungere l'ufficio si prendono le scale mobili non le scale normali.
  Abbiamo fato check-in alle 12:00, la casa era gia pronto e non abbiamo aspettato le ore 15:00 per entrare, siamo andatti subito nella casa molto favorevole per noi.
  Quando si fa il check-in si richiede un deposito di 200€ in caso dei danni alla casa, il pagamento si ristituisce dopo 3 giorno dall check-out.
