This four-star property occupies a beautifully restored building along Corso Sempione — you know, that tree-lined avenue that connects the city center to the northwestern districts. The moment you step inside, there’s this modern yet warm atmosphere that feels distinctly Milanese without being stuffy.

What I really appreciate about this area is how it strikes the perfect balance between being close to everything but not in the middle of tourist chaos. You’re literally a short walk from Sempione Park — Milan’s answer to Central Park, if you will — and the iconic Arco della Pace. The Fiera Milano district means you’ll find yourself among business travelers and locals rather than just tourists, which gives the whole experience a more authentic feel.

Room Experience

The room design is what I’d call “smart contemporary” — clean lines, warm wood accents, and these floor-to-ceiling windows that actually open (a small miracle in many hotels these days). Each unit comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, which is genuinely useful whether you’re grabbing breakfast before meetings or just want to store some good Italian cheese and wine. The beds are properly comfortable, and I mean that — sometimes you don’t realize how much a good night’s sleep matters until you’re walking around Milan all day.

Local Connections

Here’s something most visitors don’t realize: this part of Corso Sempione has some of Milan’s best neighborhood spots tucked away. There’s a fantastic local restaurant just two blocks down that serves the kind of risotto alla milanese that makes you understand why Milanese people are so particular about their rice. The nearby metro connections mean you can reach the Duomo in about 15 minutes, but honestly, sometimes I preferred just walking — the route takes you through some beautiful residential streets that most tourists never see.

The 8.9 rating makes sense when you experience the place firsthand. It’s the little things that add up — the staff actually knows the neighborhood and can point you toward the good aperitivo spots, the apartment-style setup gives you flexibility that regular hotel rooms don’t, and there’s reliable parking if you’re brave enough to drive in Milan.   It’s a cute property, we love the bathroom, it gives that luxury studio feel. The balcony was a dream, location is a straight shot walk to downtown area. Surrounding restaurants are nice and quaint. Trams are located just right across the street, laundry amenities available, and the building felt really secure. We unfortunately did not take pictures but the listed photos are pretty accurate.
  
  What could be improved: The elevators stopped working during the day of our stay, it took a whole day to fix. Nothing major but we were traveling with elderly, as the unit was at the top we had to slowly descend.

  Very good location, close to the metro station. The room are spacious and very clean, equiped with everything you need, iron and hair dryer. Also you get complentary coffee pods, tea, milk, sugar and water and you can get on your own extra if you need, from the laundry room.
  The self check-in/check-out went very smoothly.
